An Assistant Front Desk Manager with Conrad Hotels and Resorts is responsible for the overall daily operations of the Front Desk in check in and checks out including groups, VIPs and overseeing the availability of rooms.

What will I be doing?

The Sports Administrator will oversee the safe running of sport at Dulwich College (Singapore) by organizing the logistics and operations of the sports department, and ensuring that the sports at the College run smoothly and safely.

The main duties and responsibilities of the role are as follows:

• To lead on all Health & Safety requirements, including the written risk assessments and ensuring the sports facilities at the College are safe and in good working order;
• To ensure the annual inspection takes place to keep all equipment safe and operational and liaising with JLL where necessary, to ensure the safe working of all sports equipment and resources;
• To ensure the smooth running of the CCAs, to be on the ground operationally seeing the students are safe and activities are running smoothly and safely;

What will I be doing?
