We are seeking an experienced Procurement and Operations Manager to join our dynamic FMCG team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge in managing OEM contracts, factory operations, manufacturing processes, and end-to-end supply chain management. Key Responsibilities:
· Oversee and manage OEM contracts, ensuring optimal collaboration with partners and suppliers.
· Develop and streamline factory and manufacturing process flows to ensure efficiency and quality.
· Implement and monitor cost management strategies to drive profitability and minimize expenses.
· Manage overseas shipping, including handling import documentation and ensuring compliance with international trade regulations.
· Ensure adherence to industry standards and compliance requirements across operations.
· Optimize procurement and supply chain strategies to meet business goals.
Key Requirements:
· Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in procurement and operations management within the FMCG sector.
· Solid understanding of import/export documentation and compliance regulations.
· Demonstrated expertise in cost management and process optimization.
· Strong knowledge of beverage industry operations is a plus.
· Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills:
· Based in SG, preferably can speak Thai and deal with Thai before
· Experience in building and launching products in collaboration with OEM partners.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced FMCG environment.
· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
