Job Description

To manage the academy’s front desk daily and perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Inclusive of the receptionist role, you are the academy’s first point of contact. You ensure that the front desk welcomes guests positively and executes all administrative tasks to the best quality standards.

The operations executive will also be involved in serving the VIP guests lunch/coffee time.

Job Responsibilities

• Handles administrative tasks for daily campus operations.
• Maintain accurate updates for various files, listings, and records.
• Pick up calls and effectively forwarding of inquiries and assist walk-in customers and direct them to the relevant department.
• Ensuring all Warm Welcome Signages for VIP visits are prepared prior to arrivals and weekly classroom allocations slides are updated and projected.
• Manage the set-up & clean-up of event reception/seminar, etc.
• Arrangement of Courier Services for any delivery and pick-up required.
• Opening of the daily mail, sorting out mail & Submission to Finance
• Plan and procure logistics materials under the operations department. (Stationery, laundry, cleaning materials etc.)
• Name and Foot Tags/cards requisition for event purposes.
• Coordinate Photocopier servicing and toner replenishment.
• Coordinate routine laundry servicing.
• Serving EXCO lunch and any VIP lunch.
• Manage various periodic inventory lists for all Operation dept’s logistics.
• Assist the operations manager with liaising with the supplier/contractor for facility maintenance.
• Manage all document filings for suppliers’/contractors’ matters.
• Assist the operations manager in verifying invoice details according to all outsourcing staff arrangements and repair work arrangements.
• Updating the Facilities maintenance log.
• Updating various log sheets and record sheets for campus operations.
• Assist the operations manager with proposal papers for Finance/EXCO
• Assist the operations manager with any compliance documentation.
• Assist inquiries regarding preparing lab requirements.

The Senior/Executive reports to the Senior Manager / Manager, Operations / Support Ops on all operational, manpower and administrative matters. He/She is expected to plan and manage support ops services and emergency planning functions across all relevant operating units, ensuring smooth daily operations and establishing business continuity plans.

As a senior customer success manager your role is to offer excellent partnership experience to Wise Platform enterprise level clients. You will be an operational owner of the portfolio of partners like Nubank, N26, Google Pay, etc. 

During your day-to-day you're expected to analyze the quality of partnerships from an operational standpoint, identify opportunities to automate and scale operational processes for our partners and for the internal teams who service our enterprise clients as well as deal with partner demands towards Wise operational processes.

This means looking into the data (on partner-level, regional and global), working closely with servicing teams to understand what are the key friction points caused by platform partnerships and how we can eliminate/ reduce these gaps by negotiating changes with partners, product, engineers and other stakeholders on a regional or global level. Take the lead on driving the cross-team projects implementing these changes. 

• Agree with partners on implementing the endpoints & webhooks. This means exploring what endpoints & webhooks exist and can be helpful and what should be created to help automate internal & partner’s support operational teams by sending the data via API to our partner. Negotiate such changes with a partner, as they need to do tech work on their end as well. 

• Analyze the quality of support we provide to our partners and their customers. This means understanding how well our responses solve the cases raised, what we can do to improve the resolution rate and reduce the amount of contacts by working with the internal teams for your partner and for the whole region in particular. Collecting feedback from assigned partnerships to identify key improvement areas.

The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for managing the entire supply chain process for the Company. This includes material planning for all our projects, including forecasting inventory needs, procurement, inventory management, overseeing logistics and ensuring timely deliveries to our project sites. Responsibilities

1. Vendor qualification, relationships and negotiation

• Source & procure materials, equipment & sub-contractor services that comply with Energetix’s and industry’s codes, specifications and quality standards.
• Coordinate and collaborate with internal stakeholders to carry out due diligence to qualify materials, equipment & sub-contractor services to be included on Energetix’s approved vendor list (AVL).
• Negotiate favourable contract terms and conditions including Master Supply Agreements for major and fast-moving materials.
• Maintain database of pricing and lead times for all equipment on the AVL.

2. Material & resource planning

As a Non-Volatile Memory Quality & Reliability Assurance (NVMQRA) Engineer at Micron Technology, you will be responsible for performing formal Failure Analysis of customer reported failing devices via the Returned Material Authorization (RMA) process. You will be required to summarize lab analysis results at the electrical and physical level to identify root cause and establish an associated containment plan. In this role, you will have the opportunities to collaborate with various engineering and manufacturing stakeholders to evaluate and review Corrective Actions /Preventive Actions. You will provide documentation of the RMA findings and oversee the final customer report till closure. • Understand customer complaint of the memory component failure

Qualifications and Experience
