• Previous experience working as a designer with an e-commerce background with at least 1 year of relevant experience

· Responsible for daily events and long-term planning of F&B events

· Responsible for all VIP visits and their good deployment

Social Media Operations Specialist

As the social media Operations Specialist, you will help build and execute the social media strategy, initiatives, and projects for the world's largest technology company. Working with the Local and Regional Program Manager, you will support all things social — from always-on content and social-led campaigns to influencer activations and event amplification — by leading the day-to-day operations as well as content development and community management for the brand channels. As a social media strategist, project manager and community manager, you will wear many hats. Thus, the ability to analyze trends and situations quickly and pivot effectively is as critical to this role as deep audience understanding to build long-term strategies and plans.

Role:

• Support social marketing activities for the Singapore market, both always-on content, community management and campaigns
• Working closely with and partnering Program Manager, lead social media content strategy, and development, including editorial calendar, copy review and publishing for the Singapore markets
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and agencies to source assets, including images, videos, copy and design
• Be the filter for the Singapore market, ensuring regional programs are optimised for the local market
• Build and manage strong relationships with Creators in Singapore throughout various verticals to increase authentic advocacy and brand love
• Support the Program Manager in performance reporting, social media audits and competitive analyses

You:

• Degree in Business, Communications, or Marketing preferred, or equivalent industry experience

Operations Executive (Admin)

Job Description

To manage the academy’s front desk daily and perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Inclusive of the receptionist role, you are the academy’s first point of contact. You ensure that the front desk welcomes guests positively and executes all administrative tasks to the best quality standards.

The operations executive will also be involved in serving the VIP guests lunch/coffee time.

Job Responsibilities

• Handles administrative tasks for daily campus operations.
• Maintain accurate updates for various files, listings, and records.
• Pick up calls and effectively forwarding of inquiries and assist walk-in customers and direct them to the relevant department.
• Ensuring all Warm Welcome Signages for VIP visits are prepared prior to arrivals and weekly classroom allocations slides are updated and projected.
• Manage the set-up & clean-up of event reception/seminar, etc.
• Arrangement of Courier Services for any delivery and pick-up required.
• Opening of the daily mail, sorting out mail & Submission to Finance
• Plan and procure logistics materials under the operations department. (Stationery, laundry, cleaning materials etc.)
• Name and Foot Tags/cards requisition for event purposes.
• Coordinate Photocopier servicing and toner replenishment.
• Coordinate routine laundry servicing.
• Serving EXCO lunch and any VIP lunch.
• Manage various periodic inventory lists for all Operation dept’s logistics.
