As part of the Client Success team, you will be working directly with the Client Success Analysts, Client Success Operations in supporting our corporate clients in an effective rollout and implementation of Intellect as their mental health benefits solution. • Develop an understanding of the metrics that drive Client Success, manage client metrics, and communicate data-driven recommendations to guide execution of goals.
• Provide project management and manage day-to-day CS operations tasks (e.g., reporting, analysis)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (commercial, marketing, product, tech, operations, clinical) to implement process improvements
• Directly contribute to Client Success strategy drive continuous process and workflow improvements.
• Design and implement custom strategy and journey orchestration in the rollout and implementation of Intellect for our clients.
• Produce insights reports on the product utilization and employee wellbeing.
• Collaborate with our internal team to plan, develop, and deliver engaging campaigns and webinars/workshops for our corporate clients.

Job Purpose:

The SSM is the main interface between the Company's Customers and Suppliers including the end customer of the Partner. SSM is responsible for business expansion & execution of the suppliers' strategy. The SSM is responsible for the complete sales cycle with an aim to maximizing revenue, Net Gross Profits and Customer satisfaction by developing deep relationships with key people in the supplier organization, partners and end customers.   Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

  • >5 to 10 Years proven experience in Sales & Marketing is preferred.​ Prior knowledge in end to end network, application and clouds security will be added advantage

  • Relevant experience with resellers would be an added advantage.

  • A proven track record of consistently achieving and often exceeding sales targets.

  • Demonstrate strong capability in planning, strategizing, execution skill and entrepreneurial spirit.

Club Executive (Club Operations & Human Resource), Changi Airport Recreation Club

Changi Airport Recreation Club was set up in 1990 as a club for staff members of the airport community and their families and friends. Located at Terminal 2, the Clubhouse provides recreational facilities and organises programmes and events.

You will be an employee of CARC. As Club Executive for Club Operations & HR, your key responsibilities include:

Club Operations

· Propose and source for cost-effective maintenance regimes or upgrading initiatives for Club facilities

· Report maintenance and facilities faults, propose and arrange for rectification or replacement plans to ensure no downtime in facilities and equipment offered to members

· Facility management & procurement/purchasing - obtain quotes & select vendors for cost- effective maintenance, including vendor management

· Ensure smooth running of Club facilities and equipment during large-scale events at the Club

Human Resource

· Plan for and organise the Club's key meetings (AGM, regular MC meetings)

· Help Club manager organise/coordinate Club-wide staff training

· Procurement of office supplies, office equipment and fittings, including monitoring stock-levels

· Maintain all staff entitlement and benefit records, e.g. leave, flexi-benefits

In addition, you will also be called upon to perform the following Standby Duties:
