Reporting to the Centre Director on administration matters.

This role is a dedicated internal and external client service position involving filling up, issuing and filing of paperwork related to centre, parental engagement, regular interactions with champs and working co-operatively with all team members.

• Support and guide site HR teams in addressing local challenges and fostering a unified global HR strategy.

• Works with HR COE and drives implementation and communication of key HR processes and new initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

• Education: Degree in any discipline or HR certifications preferred.

• Experience: Min. 15 years of experience in regional HR, with operations-focused roles is a must

• Skills: Strong strategic, communication, and project management skills. Demonstrated ability to successfully drive initiatives in a matrix environment and work at all levels of the organisation.

• Stakeholders management: Ability to build a wide network of relationships and manage senior

The Job
The Technician will learn how to operate the terminal system by executing and maintaining the day-to-day operation in accordance with company’s work procedure under the supervision and direction set by operations and company management team.

Key responsibilities:

• Carry out the daily action plan and update the checklist accordingly.
• Perform routine check on valves and pumps status on a regular basis.
• Ensure samples are collected and recorded properly.
• Conduct ship/shore conference and berthing/unberthing vessels.
• Ensure running pumps are in good order.
• Ensure TPI/CPI are skimmed.
• Assume the role of auxiliary fire fighter during the event of emergency.
• Carry out housekeeping in the assigned area.
• Supervise the blinding/de-blinding work.
• Perform tank de-gassing, gas-test for hot work and confined space entry.
• Perform WDO & Tank Farm draining as per operations requirement.
• Perform tank gauging & temperature measurement.
• Carry out daily patrol rounds and update shift logs.

Requirements

  shipments.

OPERATIONS
