Overview

As part of the operations team that reports to the operations manager, the Operations Executive will be responsible for managing the operations of our shared bicycle, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations, and driving the company’s growth. Operations Assistant will be responsible for documentation for billing, procurement, parts issuance and costs tracking, as well as assisting in handling customers’ service request and tasking operations.
