• Coordinate with sales team by managing schedules and communicating relevant information
• Respond and attending to customer requirements
• Communicate and coordinate with internal departments on sales scheduling
• Manage and communicate with forwarders on logistics arrangement for shipments
• Assist in any ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

• At least 2 years or more related working experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Able to work well independently and within a team
• Basic computer knowledge

- Responsible for the installation and repair of modular infrared sauna system

- Assist in after-sales arrangements and liaison with customers
