Summary

Baggage Coordinator (BC) reports to the Assistant Manager Baggage, provide real time support to manage the distribution of Changi Airport’s common-use assets, such as Arrival Belts and the Departure Racetracks. The BC also closely coordinate with the Baggage Officer-In-Charge who provides ground presence in the Baggage Handling Area (BHA)

Responsibilities:

• Implementing the seasonal schedule by ensuring the relevant parties update the operational database with real-time data.
• Building the daily arrival belt and departure racetrack allocation using the RMS, resource management system and ensure that belt capacity is balance and will not cause any congestion.
• Providing real-time information to stakeholders (airlines and business partners) necessary for the efficient and optimal operations of facilities.
• Preparing various reports, such as Sitrep, for internal and external stakeholders
• Manually updating Baggage Information and Flight Information Displays.
• Troubleshooting multiple, often simultaneous, scheduling conflicts as they arise.
• Coordinating with Engineering Baggage Control Room and or Baggage OIC for any real time operational changes and challenges in the BHA.
• Ensuring Arrival Baggage Presentation performance and mishandling rate are met or exceeds KPI.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma with any relevant education.
• Experience in an airline/airport operations environment (preferably 2 years of experience)
• Must have strong problem solving and decision making skills
• Ability to develop and foster effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Airline/airport scheduling experience an advantage, preferably with gate and baggage scheduling systems
• Extensive computer knowledge and experience, and the ability to become proficient at new software systems.

The Regional Retail Operations Executive will report to the Country Manager covering Singapore, and Malaysia. Your role includes supporting daily operational needs and participating in the implementation of new initiatives and processes alongside the retail teams.

You will also support the retail business unit to ensure service and operational excellence across our stores in Southeast Asia.

Retail Operations:

• Assist in planning, organizing, and executing new initiatives, operational procedures, training and stock takes
• Generate and prepare retail performance reports, including daily sales reports, weekly roster reports, store sales performance, store KPI reports, and other requested reports.
• Provide support for store environment and facilities maintenance for all stores.
• Offer logistical and administrative and support to the SEA team.
• Help establish store policies, identify best practices, and evaluate their implementation in daily operations.

Inventory Management:

• Manage inventory including staff uniforms and stock.
• Coordinate with vendors and partners to ensure timely supply, delivery, and setup of POS in-store.
• Handle ad hoc retail projects and store requests.
• Source various materials, tools, and supplies as needed.

Job Requirements:

Job Description

• Perform intake assessment and review of day care clients and oversee Multi- Disciplinary Meetings for reviews of clients including Day Rehab clients.
• Supervise daily routines such as meal preparation, serving of meals, preparing clients for activities, conducting of activities, reviews of clients and cleaning duties of care staff.
• Work with centre nurse and care staff to ensure clients specific needs (ADLs) are met and communicated to the team.
• Co-ordinate and plan programmes and services with internal and external stakeholders.
• Direct, guide and participate in the orientation and training of new staff and provide ongoing training and monitoring of care staff in the area of provision of care to day care clients and clients with dementia.
• Take charge of daily operations, and care provisions of clients, supervise and deploy staff to ensure operations of SCC is safe and effective.
• Take charge of incidents in the centre related to staff, clients and volunteers to ensure that the incident is resolved, reported and follow-up.
• Work with Centralised Team to ensure accurate billing and charges for clients and follow up on staff related matters.
• Work with Cluster Lead to ensure financial sustainability of the centre.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of communications, assessment and processes
• Carry out other responsibilities and duties as assigned from time to time

Requirement

• Min Diploma / Degree in any field of study from a recognised institution
• Min 4 to 5 years of operation manager / supervisor experience from a healthcare / eldercare / social services institution

Job Descriptions:

• In charge of all Used vehicle and Leasing fleet for the company
• In charge of the vehicle movement and parking
• In charge of arranging the vehicle for repair, regular servicing and inspection, including scheduling, arranging of manpower, dealing with external contractor/vendors and etc.
