Job Description:
· Administration / Secretarial of Office Operations
· SOP writing and other related tasks
· Preparation of Export & Import Documents.
· Maintaining a direct relationship with the Banks about all Export / Import procedures and documentation.
· Coordination with the Buyers, Suppliers, Shipping line, Logistics / Trucking Companies etc. (Supply Chain Management)
· Preparation of MIS reports for Management and any other assistance asked by them. Weekly / Monthly planning.
· Any other related office duties informed by the company.
Job Requirements:
· Knowledge of International Trade (Buying, Selling, Banking, Accounting, Shipping & Logistics)
· Knowledge & Experience in MS Office – Outlook, Advanced Excel (VBA Coding, Macros, Pivot Table etc.), Word, PowerPoint etc.
· Good Computer knowledge and IT skills.
· Excellent Communications and interpersonal Skills and Fluency in the English Language (Writing Professional emails etc.)
· Team player who can work within time guidelines.
· Knowledge of Admin aspect of Accounting Software e.g. Tally (Data Entry).
