The Regional Director, Operations will be responsible for managing and optimizing the operational activities within their designated region. Key Responsibilities:

1. Regional Strategy Development and Execution:

• Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company’s overall objectives and cater to the specific needs of the region.

5. Process Improvement:

• Identify areas for process improvement within the region and implement effective solutions.

6. Stakeholder Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders including suppliers, vendors, and customers within the region.

• Represent the region in meetings and strategic discussions with customer and senior leadership.

7. Risk Management:

• Identify potential risks in regional operations and develop mitigation strategies.
• Implement robust quality control measures to maintain high operational standards.

8. Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) Compliance:

• Ensure that all operations comply with HSE regulations and company policies.
• Promote a safe working environment and lead initiatives to improve health and safety practices.

Skills, Experience and Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Chemical, Mechanical or Process Engineering
• Minimum 15 years of experience in water and wastewater technologies and systems
• Minimum 10 years’ experience leading a team
• Proven track record of managing large-scale operations and leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong knowledge of water treatment processes, technologies, and regulatory requirements.
