Role Description

Reporting directly to our Chief Product Officer, the Director of Operations owns the vision and execution of all back-office operations within the organization: listing, ground, viewing, along with client success and customer service. 1. Pleasant personality and well versed in English (written and oral) compulsory

2. Minimum of 6 years experience in Food & Beverage sector which includes atleast 3 years experience as supervisor

3. People and process management skills. Highly critical that individual is organised in his/her approach to work

4. Willingness to take on additional responsiblity and work in high pressure environment

5. Leadership attitude rather than just manager attitude

6. Remuneration commensurates with industry best standards.
