The Role:

Reporting to the SVP Pricing, this role will primarily research, evaluate and develop commercial, strategic and financial analysis as a key partner in the execution of deals with the Origination, Capital Markets & Trading, and OEM Teams.

Key Responsibilities:

· Deal Activity:

- Pro-active collaboration within cross-functional deal teams for transactions of all types (Sale & Leaseback, Placement, Remarketing, Restructuring, Trading, OEM);

Our client is a well-established Venture Capital Investment firm with a solid track record of investing in promising high growth technology firms across Asia Pacific.
