Key Responsibilities

• Prepare regular reports to drive visibility to Deliver-owned financial metrics for the region.
• Support financial records reconciliation under new management reporting solutions
• Support updates of the change management progress and drive some of the change management agenda
• Support submissions in regional FP&A processes for business planning cycles & updates, forecasting, and actuals reporting. Includes
• Support consolidation of regional financials tracking to support regional FP&A processes & submissions
• Support ongoing improvement in the reporting capabilities (Example, updating excel reporting solutions to new data sources, enhancing reports to new business needs)

Qualifications, Experience and Skills

Qualifications:

Job Description

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual reports and certifications
• Perform monitoring of employees personal account dealings, gift and entertainment, fit andproper declarations, email monitoring, phone taping etc

Responsibilities

· Work with BAU teams to identify and agree user requirements for strategic Cleared Derivatives architecture solutions

· Work with BAU teams to understand impact of Regulatory change and inform design of strategic solutions for implementation

· For funded projects track UAT status including schedules, resourcing, environments, scripts, and results reporting

· Produce high quality program reporting, including capture and maintaining projects in management tool. Present program status in existing governance routines.

Requirements

· Experience of having worked on a change initiative with strategic deliverables required

· Confident communicator who can convey complex messages to a wide audience and is adept at negotiating and navigating at all levels across an organization

· Instance credibility across ETD Experience of Exchange Traded Derivatives Execution or

· Clearing Operations, or previously worked in a supporting BAU process

· Experience of using an Exchange Traded Derivatives clearing platform beneficial but not essential

· Experience in driving process forward independently whilst seeking steer and guidance as and when necessary

· Candidate should be intellectually curious and understand what drives processes
