  • Actively support and contribute to strategic reviews of net-new payment use cases and strategic response plans
  • Driving data analytics to support business insights to support functional stakeholder strategic requests, client requests, and to support the planning and development of new strategies to support the growth of Visa’s payments ecosystem
• Actively collaborate across a matrix of functions and markets to support the execution of strategic plans leveraging interchange
• Play an active role both technically and strategically in Country Interchange Reviews with market leadership teams
• Be accountable and responsible for own book of work as well as proactively and collaboratively support that of others
• Embrace change and actively pursue ways in which to enables cross-functional teams to achieve stated goals in new and innovative ways
• Act as a thought-partner and coach to all members of immediate team and other function and market teams
