• Support the development and business teams in unit testing and archiving data, engineered features, and algorithmic inputs/outputs throughout the data pipeline and to support analytics.
• Proven experience as a data engineer/ data analyst in mobile app development projects and administrative dashboards.

1. Create unit tests throughout the data and algorithms domain:

• Work with engineering and business teams to implement wide-coverage unit tests of data and engineered features at different stages throughout the data collection and processing pipeline
• Create unit tests of inputs to and outputs from the algorithms that drive the clinical service
• The unit tests include validation of the inputs and outputs of black-box machine learning algorithms
• Establish a regular process to execute the tests and document their outcomes as a part of our product development and release lifecycle

2. Implement and refine mechanisms to continuously archive the state of algorithmic inputs and outputs:

• Implement a process of taking snapshots of data/features input into algorithms necessary to recreate their outputs/predictions at any point in the past during the service
• Communicate requirements to the software development team

3. Assist in the successful delivery of regular service analytics and reports:

• Support the business and analytics teams in their daily and weekly delivery of reports on data completion, user engagement, and algorithm actions by addressing any data quality and validation requirements.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor's Degree in computer science, engineering, business analytics, technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in data engineering, data analytics, or data product management roles within the tech industry. Experience in healthcare is a plus.
• Ability to implement tests in Python.
• Experience in machine learning algorithms
• Good understanding of the validation requirements of an algorithmic product. Knowledge of healthcare regulation and auditing requirements is a plus.

Fee Consulting Analyst Senior - Full Time (5 Months)

Demonstrates knowledge in assigned area and is an experienced contributor. As part of the Global Fee Consulting team, is responsible for all aspects of investment management fees, pricing, and provides fee consulting expertise globally to all areas of the business. With the team, is responsible for fee related information in marketing materials, new business books, contracts, and investment management agreements, and serves as an internal and external client contact for fees, billing, and pricing.

Job Duties:

• Develops hypothetical fee calculations, proformas and comprehensive marketing materials related to fees.
• Creates, utilizes and reviews complex spreadsheets to illustrate investment management fee structures and options to prospective and existing clients.
• Considers all mandates, investment vehicles and investment management fees across all areas of the business in order to recommend potential options to sales staff and provide superior service to clients while ensuring positive economic impact.
• Identifies differences associated with global/regional business models, considering legal implications and mitigating conflicts and risks. Provides guidance and recommendations to other functional groups.
• Advise on complex fee structures relating to account set-ups, amendments or terminations to ensure accurate application of fee policies.

About the Security Assurance Team at ByteDance

The team is missioned to build infrastructures, platforms and technologies, as well as to support cross-functional teams to protect our users, products and infrastructures. Responsibilities

- Provide security engineering support to product teams to help identify potential security flaws in the early stages of SDLC.

- Continuously design and conduct penetration testing to determine if infrastructure components, systems and applications meet security standards in the staging/production environment.

- Discover security issues that appear under new threat scenarios, support incident response, forensics, remediation in a cross-functional environment driving towards incident resolution.

- Collaborate closely with other parts of the security team and product teams to design defense-in-depth controls that limit attackers' ability and improve our security postures.

- To identify risks and actively take ownership to resolve any potential security project issues.

- Continuously conduct security research and strive to innovate.

Minimum Qualifications

- Background in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or other STEM disciplines.

- Strong knowledge in some of these various disciplines: web application security, mobile app security, cloud security and thick client security.

- Solid experience in writing and reviewing code in at least one of the following programming languages: JavaScript (Node JS), Go, Python, Java, C++, Rust.

- Good project management skills and focused teamwork.

Preferred Requirements

- Experience in independent supporting the application security of a business line

- CTF players, BugBounty experience with reputable statistics in HackerOne, BugCrowd etc.
