Job Description

• Position Title: Senior Security Officer
• Working Location: Island Wide
• Working Hours: 5/6days (8.00 am-8.00 pm/8.00 pm-8.00 am)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary $3,500 + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of security officers to ensure effective security operations.
• Oversee security measures and procedures at designated locations.
• Conduct regular patrols and inspections to ensure safety and compliance.
• Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and security incidents.
• Investigate security breaches, incidents, and prepare detailed reports.
• Ensure compliance with all security policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Conduct training sessions and mentor junior security officers.
• Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency services as necessary.
• Maintain and update security records and documentation.
• Monitor and manage security systems, including CCTV, access control, and alarm systems.
• Liaise with clients, building management, and tenants to address security concerns and provide solutions.

• Valid PLRD license with RTT, CSSPB, and PAPP training.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a security role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle emergencies and stressful situations calmly and effectively.
• Strong observational and analytical skills.
• Proficient in using security systems and technology.
• Ability to work on rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
