The manual signing-in of employees includes the tasks of issuing a temporary badge and ensuring that the register of employees without badges is duly completed.

• Security Officers must promote adherence to the Future Electronics, Human Resources policy on Building Access and ensure that all employees are wearing their Employee Identification Card at all times and that the card is visible.
