• Experience on WAN technology, e.g. Metro Ethernet, MPLS. VPLS, IPLC etc.
• Preferable with working experience on using Multicast in a Cisco/Arista environment.

This is a permanent role with an A1 Main contractor. This is for an LTA project and therefore, if you have previous experience on LTA projects, the prior experience will be an added advantage.

• Minimum 7 years in engineering experience in Civil & Structural works
• Experience in infrastructure projects is mandatory (LTA Project is highly preferred)
• Site experience in Underground roadway project; and
• Design management with consultantancy background on structural engineering is recommended
• Proficient knowledge of structural design, analysis software such as STADD and AutoCAD (or Microstation)
• Good knowledge of authorities’ requirement

• Lead and project manage the creation of client presentation decks, oversee all content, manage the review process with relevant stakeholders, including the Fund Teams and Compliance, and coordinate with Marketing and Communications on the style and branding of materials
• Collaborate closely with the capital raisers and Due Diligence team to orchestrate the due diligence process for prospective investors, including coordination on required data room materials, organization of due diligence meetings ensuring representation from the appropriate individuals across the organization, preparation of meeting materials, and address any ad hoc investor requests
• Assist with maintaining the CRM database, analyze CRM data and help create bespoke reports to track prospects and investment opportunities
• Deliver exceptional client service by providing timely and accurate responses to inquiries, proactively identifying and addressing client needs.
• Ensure that the CRM and Investor Relations activity tracker is updated in a timely manner.
• Ensure all required information and documentation is provided in a timely and efficient manner to support the successful onboarding of new Korean/non-Korean investors.
• Support Hines’ leadership attendance at relevant external investor-focused industry conferences in collaboration with Marketing and Communications.
• Demonstrate superior project management skills, liaising with individuals across the organization and adhering to deadlines, frequently managing multiple projects at one-time, all-in support of capital markets endeavors.
• Communicate across time zones and maintain a flexible schedule that allows for some after-hours conference calls.
• Manage reporting, filing and administering tasks required for the Company under the Financial Investment Services and Capital Markets Act of Republic of Korea (hereinafter, the “Act”) and associated rules and regulations of the Act.
• Assist with the expansion of the firm’s institutional investors base across the Asia-Pacific region through researching new investors and monitoring the competitive fund environment.

Role & Responsibilities

We are seeking a developer who is eager to work on FinOps, including Back Office, Accounting, and Finance operations. While prior expertise is not a requirement, the ideal candidate should be willing to learn and grow in these areas. The candidate should possess a strong desire to explore various aspects of the business and engage with stakeholders on a regular basis.

In this role, you will join the APAC Development team based in Singapore. Your primary responsibility will be to work directly with FinOps business users, providing them with daily system support and operational assistance. Additionally, you will be translating their business requirements into effective IT solutions.

The main application you will be working on is built on a Java framework. However, there may be a few other applications that require proficiency in multiple programming languages, such as C# (.Net) and Python.

The main activities of this developer are:

Developing new features & enhancing the tools:

• Understand client requirements and how they translate in application features
• Write high quality source code to program enhancements o Perform unit and integration testing
• Perform functional and non-functional testing
• Respect the development standards
• Keep up with trends in terms of standard, technologies or methodologies

Supporting the tools:

• Process support requests for users and application clients (IT for IT): configuration, assistance, etc.
• Engage in FTS (Follow-the-Sun) model with Europe, including information sharing and tasks handover
• Adapt monitoring tools and procedures

Transversal:

• Enrich the backlog of issues (source of recurring incidents), including description, impact/recurrence/priority…
• Self-organize continuous learning on the IS systems and landscape.
• Share improvement ideas with local and Paris/Brussels developers.

Qualifications

Required:

• Solid expertise in Java programming language is required
• Good knowledge of the Spring framework
• Solid knowledge of SQL to be able to write complex queries (SQL Server)
• Rest API design and development
• Knowledge of clean and tested code writing
• Willing to work in (pick up) other programming languages and technology frameworks where appropriate; In particular C# and/or Node.js
• Good troubleshooting skills to find out root cause of issue and provide valuable suggestions to resolve the problem
• Good ability to translate business requirements into technical solution with good design & supportability
• Experience in Software Development Life Cycle e.g. Agile
• Good communication skills, especially when engaging with different stakeholders
• Client-oriented mindset
• A team player with and ability to work with global teams effectively
• Ability to work under pressure and dealing with constraints
• Strong discipline in documentation

Desirable:

• Knowledge of front, middle and back office processes and functional design on commodity trading – including deal representation (both physical & financial), MTM pricing, logistics, settlement, accounting and controls
• Knowledge of BDD approach (ideally with cucumber)
• French speaker
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Azure DevOps

Work arrangement

• Full-time, Mondays to Fridays
