The Program Management Senior Lead is a strategic professional who closely follows latest trends in own field and adapts them for application within own job and the business. Typically a small number of people within the business that provide the same level of expertise. Excellent communication skills required in order to negotiate internally, often at a senior level. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to guide, influence and convince others, in particular colleagues in other areas and occasional external customers. In this role, you’re expected to:

•  Support the Lending Transformation Program Target Operating Model project to design and implement the multi-year global loan operations target state, covering people, process and integrating technology
• Support the broader Lending Transformation Program, including implementing the interim control model working with Global Loan Operations and Transaction Management
• Supports planning, directing and coordination of day-to-day activities of LTP Target Operating Model workstream(s) activities

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to enhance digital awareness and engagement of the museum and its offerings and help scale the museum towards mass-personalisation marketing.
• Manage the National Museum of Singapore, Changi Chapel and Museum as well as Reflections at Bukit Chandu websites, overseeing the design and development of any other new system requirements that may affect the websites, particularly integration of CMS (Sitecore) and CRM systems. 
• Lead in digital project management and work with external vendors and internal teams during project and content development, as well as the management of post project follow through such as maintenance and data analysis of results against agreed outcomes. Requirements

CS Onboarding & Advisory Services is a team of specialized project and program managers providing high touch support for strategic projects and non-routine client requested initiatives which would benefit from Visa technical expertise.

This position serves as Visa Project Manager (PM) for implementation services provided to Clients with specific focus on new client onboarding (including fintechs), strategic, multi-market and multi-solution and multi-phased projects. Depending on the complexity of the project, the PM may perform an additional role of an Advisor and deliver consultancy services to the client.

This is an individual contributor responsible for high-touch delivery while solving complex problems and taking a broad perspective to identify innovative solutions. In this role, you are expected to:
