Position Summary :

This role is responsible for overall customer service function in Asia.

Role and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Regional Customer Service strategy and People Development Plan including succession plans and/or organization changes to achieve department's sustainability and meet business needs.

• Develop CS management performance metrics to manage and lead the day-to-day Customer Service responsibilities including monitoring of all deliveries, month-end activities, cross-functional alignment, and communication.

• Maintain strong engagement with stakeholders to ensure conformance to order delivery, fulfilment

and customer satisfaction needed for business success.

• Regular engagement with Global Customer Service to maintain Global-Regional alignment.

• Manage back-orders and/or impact of supply interruptions on customers, provide timely updates and communications to customers by working together with internal and external stakeholders.

• Subject matter expert for all current and future systems and processes used in the Order-To-Cash

(OTC) and Master Data (MD) environment in APAC.

• Tracks key performance metrics, customer service performance data, and generates improvement

opportunities.

• To drive process improvements using data analytics and influence improvements across the

organization.

• Preparing and presenting monthly, quarterly, and annual reports of operations.

• Create a common framework and set of protocols for how we manage customers to support Sales.

• Responsible for Customer Service Team's actions to resolve any customer claims or complaints,

including processing customer returns or credit notes and follow up with logistics / quality for

resolution.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain and or related field

• At least 8-10 years of relevant managerial working experience in a Manufacturing environment

• Knowledge of customer service, trade incoterms and customs procedures

• Knowledge of ERP system

• English -Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Job Description:

They will be responsible for the strategy and execution of all of the company’s brands marketing and PR activities. Comfortable wearing multiple hats at once, with the ability to execute on PR, content marketing, event coordination and planning, and creative projects, among other activities related to the company. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the creation and execution of marketing and brand strategies and plans that drive achievement of the company’s business objectives
• Working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure timely executions of campaigns and events
• Coordinate with franchisor's headquarters (Based in US/Europe) on their marketing efforts which could be applied to local market
• Maintaining consistent communications with customers across all touch points to deliver a seamless and holistic brand experience
• Effectively managing the marketing budget
• Cultivate and maintain good relationship with journalists, editors and influencers who would be relevant to each brand
• Engage with the media on a regular basis to feature each brand in local publications
• Strategising, researching, writing and distributing press releases to targeted audience

Supporting the Talent agenda

• Provide HR support to execute the Talent priorities for the group. These range from recruitment, Employee Engagement, Compensation and benefits management, performance

management and Learning and Development

• Work with the HR Head to deliver the full range of HR services to the business

• Assist in the timely implementation and execution of talent processes

• Assist in managing employee relations issues (grievances, performance related issues, termination of employment, etc.) in conjunction with the Management and head of offices

• Ensure risks relating to employees, HR policies and practices are mitigated through appropriate actions and robust control mechanisms

Job Requirements:

• 5 to 7 years of demonstrable work experience in a HR generalist preferably in a regional or global role.

• Previous experience in assisting with the management of employee relations issues

• Strong client focus and proven ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders

• Excellent communication (verbal and written), presentation, interpersonal skills, Strong MS Excel and MS Powerpoint skills

• Ability to manage and meet multiple deadlines within a fast-paced environment

• Responsible for the group’s procurement and purchasing matters
• Source new and alternative products and suppliers, negotiate price and ensure timely fulfilment
• Conduct regular inventory check and maintain optimal inventory levels

• Establish KPIs to achieve business objectives for assured supply, quality and cost effectiveness

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma with 3 years experiences working in a similar capacity. Candidates without diploma but with more experience will be considered.

Summary: To manage the running of assigned services in a profitable manner and ensure constant dialogue with stakeholders, vendors, and customers (principal and agency). To be reactive to market changes to ensure improved service volumes, scope, efficiencies, and profitability. The role involves travel to visit customers, agents, and terminals.

Role and Responsibilities:

· P&L Responsibility;

· Improve cost efficiency and optimize yield;

· Select ships with optimum intake, bunker consumption and tonnage for lowest port dues;

· Close monitoring of daily bunker consumption via use of the system and ensure vessel consumption is in line with Time Charter Description (TCD) and cross check against other sister ships previously operated in the trade or region;

· Monitor and review bunker survey report of individual stem and confirm that reported quantities are in line with master’s reported ROB. Deal with any variations immediately;

· Cost control – Direct and Indirect costs must be thoroughly understood;

· Manage terminal contracts for assigned trades;

· Manage and resolve claims (cargo claims, container damage, vessel damage) in consultation with legal team where required;

· Strategising trade routes (existng and new). This may involve consolidation with customers and competitors or expanding existing service coverage either via own deployment or swaps with other operators;

· In colloboration with the Commercial department , aquire, compile and mainten trade statistics and reports for analysis and decision making;

· Space management and selection of cargo that delivers best NTV (Net To Vessel) returns;

· Look for opportunities to implement GRI‘s (general rate increase), RR‘s (rate restoration), CBR (critical bunker recovery) for all trades managed in line with cost increases;

· Manage and coordinate rate quotation and filing with commercial department;

· Liaise with agents to ensure online booking forecasts are updated timely in online system;

· Build and retain good relations with customers assigned to you in order XPF become their preferred vendor of choice. The company will expect you to deal with commercial matters relating to a wider geographical scope where you will be briefed internally before discussing with the customer. This will involve regular contact via face to face meetings and entertainment. Out of hours work and travel may be required.

· Business development

• Strategizing trades routes (existing and new) which involves new service development / expansion;
• Feasibilities studies on various services concept and deployment scenarios;
• Securing/expanding of slot swop and fixed slot deals.
