The responsibilities of the Project / Contract Manager:
· Provide comprehensive contract review and guidance, including scope assessment and cost.
· Manage all aspects of project documentation, including tender bidding, progress reports, and settlement.
· Oversee work-in-progress monitoring, prepare reports, and certify progress claims for timely project execution.
· Handle variation requests, assess cost changes, and substantiate claims for additions or omissions.
· Resolve contractual disputes amicably with internal and external stakeholders, liaising with legal counsel when necessary.
· Drive risk identification and management processes, defending claims and facilitating dispute resolutions.
· Promote best practices in contract management and project execution to optimize outcomes.
Requirements:
· Minimum Degree in relevant field
· Minimum 5 years of contract management experience
· Knowledge in PSSCOC and Singapore Commercial Law
· Experience in Quantity Surveyor will be added advantage
