Responsibilities

Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma/Degree Holder in relevant fields
• WSQ Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA) is an advantage
• Competence in delivering the cooking classes
• Demonstrate excellent coaching abilities and can offer essential help to students
• Ability to devise recipes and maintain culinary standards
• Relevant experience in area of specialization is a plus (Eg: Korean, Asian)

• Train and upskill new and existing team members of the team, and provide actionable feedback
• Work closely with the senior management team to design & curate procedures for the best user experience.
• Attend and welcome visitors and customers by providing satisfactory customers service
• Maintain customer records and monitor their appointment
• To professionally and satisfactorily resolve customer complaints pertaining to products and services
• To Implement & improve customer retention practices
• To encourage a positive and cozy environment for the customers
• Assist in other area, if needed from time to time

• Prior experience in the customer service field
• Professional looking and well-groomed to the standards set
• Proficient communication skills

• Possess some degree of digital literacy

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

• Ensures trolley is fully stocked with clean linen and supplies.
• Cleans all rooms as assigned by senior housekeeper, which includes occupied, vacant ready, vacant dirty or vacant maintenance rooms.
• Ensures correct use of tools and equipment.
• Turns in all lost and found items to housekeeping office immediately.
• Carries out thorough cleaning or project works when assigned.
• Reports all missing, damage or defects in guest rooms.
• Ensure all entries made in Room attendant’s report are accurate.
• Reports all room status discrepancies to housekeeping office.
• Ensures all equipment and supplies are cleaned and stored properly at the end of every shift.
• Responsible for cleanliness of guest corridor, lift landing and pantries.
• Responsible for all keys issued by senior housekeepers and then return in good condi-tion at end of each shift.
• Reports any suspicious characters on guest floors.
• Runs errands on guest requests.
• Notifies guest laundry parcel for collection.
• Performs turn down service.
• Assists with evacuation in emergency situation e.g. fire.
• Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/"O" Level, Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College, Professional Certificate/NiTEC, any field.
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience for Senior Room Attendant level. Open for no relevant work experience under Room Attendant level.
• Full-Time position(s) available.
• Able to start work within short notice period.
