RESPONSIBILITIES

The Manager/Senior Manager, Internal Audit is responsible for leading the internal audit function to ensure the effectiveness of risk management, control, and governance processes. • Senior FSM is responsible for ensuring full compliance with fire safety regulations and maintaining all fire safety systems. This includes overseeing the implementation of the building's emergency response plan, conducting regular inspections and fire drills, and ensuring fire safety certification requirement are met.
• Conduct routine inspections of all fire safety systems and equipment.
• Identify and rectify any fire safety deficiencies to maintain compliance with regulations and ensure optimal performance of fire protection systems.
• Organise and conduct regular fire drills to ensure building occupants, including users and tenants, are familiar with evacuation procedures and prepared for emergencies.

4. Sustainability Reporting

• Oversee the preparation and review of ESG and sustainability reports to ensure compliance with global standards.
• Analyse ESG data and metrics to support transparent, accurate, and impactful reporting.
• Advise clients on ESG data collection, management, and technology-enabled reporting processes.

5. Sustainable Finance Advisory

• Support clients in aligning financial strategies with ESG principles, including green bonds, sustainability-linked loans, and other sustainable finance instruments.
• Conduct assessments and certifications for green and sustainable financing initiatives.
• Provide insights on global sustainable finance trends and help clients access ESG-linked funding opportunities.

6. ESG Ratings & Benchmarking

• Guide clients in improving their ESG ratings (e.g., MSCI, S&P, CDP) and benchmarking against industry peers.
• Provide strategies to address ESG-related performance gaps and enhance market positioning.

7. Client Management & Business Development

• Build strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor for their ESG and sustainability needs.

PURPOSE AND SCOPE

This role will be a part of a team critical in the Energy Transition journey from brown to green.

This position plays a key role in the project team, serving as an integral member of the commercial team responsible for managing and delivering cross border renewable energy imports into Singapore. • Prepare internal updates, investment approval papers, etc. to seek Management and Board approval.

• 8 - 10 years of relevant working experience in energy/renewables (Power, Utilities or Transmission) industry, preferably with some background in project management / procurement.

The position

As Senior Clinical Medical Manager you will facilitate execution of clinical trials from scientific & medical aspect across the chronic diseases portfolio of Novo Nordisk such as Cardiovascular Diseases, Chronic Kidney Disease, Metabolic Dysfunction-Associated Steatohepatitis (MASH), Alzheimer’s Disease and Inflammation. Qualifications

• An MD or PhD in healthcare with a strong clinical and, preferably, research background; candidates with a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field will also be considered.
• A minimum of 5 years in clinical practice or the pharmaceutical industry, with significant experience in human healthcare research, either in academia or the industry.
