Requirement

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in Headquarter/Regional Corporate Treasury Department: Demonstrated proficiency in overseeing treasury operations within a corporate setting, with a strong focus on cash management and transactional banking. Job Responsibilities and Duties

• Lead & Motivate Team: Guide the sales team to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

General Summary of Responsibilities:

• Heads a Property Management Sub Team.
• Responsible to the Director (Ops) for the business result of the Team.
• Undertake continued development of the Team in accordance with the approved business plan.

Requirements:

Job Description:

• Participate in technical meetings and site meetings.
• To assess and resolve any technical or site issues related to M&E drawings and M&E work with consultants and subcontractors
• On-site supervision of work progress
• Maintaining schedules and coordinating the work of subcontractors.
• Assist in finalising accounts of MYE Sub-contractors.
