- Be our biddable media platform planning & activation expert (eg Google Ads, DV360, Facebook/IG, TikTok).

Experience required:

· Minimum 6 years of work experience in a digital media and client servicing role.

Job Description

The incumbent will play a key role in working closely with the School’s stakeholders involved in undergraduate medical education, particularly senior leadership and key administrative partners of healthcare institutions, to ensure that funding for training medical students are accurately disbursed, payment disputes are resolved satisfactorily, and compile data for reporting purposes. You will be responsible to support the smooth operations and administration of CareHub. Your exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and ability to handle complex tasks will be instrumental in ensuring operation success. You will be instrumental in supporting the monitoring of CareHub’s key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensuring that CareHub’s service standards are met to deliver a positive customer experience for residents and community partners who reach in to CareHub for support to age well in the community.

You will also participate in the development, implementation and review of CareHub’s functions and initiatives, as well as be a knowledge champion to continuously support our call centre officers to obtain and maintain competency in managing resident and partners’ queries within KPIs and standards. Roles and Responsibilities include but not limited to:

1. Knowledge champion: Part of the first line which Call Centre Officers can approach for complex queries and clarification on CareHub’s workflows.

This involves the creation, review and upload of articles to ensure a relevant knowledge management system to support the Call Centre Officers.

Job Summary

Serve as the overseer of all programmes in Active Ageing Centre (AAC) and Senior Care Centre (SCC). Develop quality standards in key programmes for Senior Services and ensure consistency of programme delivery. Work with key stakeholders and collaborators to provide quality programme for seniors.

Principal Accountabilities

1. Develop a set of core and elective senior centric programmes in AAC and SCC according to guidelines provided by MOH/ Agency for Integrated Care (AIC)

3. Strategize plans to promote programmes to the seniors
4. Engage internal and external stakeholders to develop quality programmes that meet the physical, emotional and mental needs of seniors
