We are assisting our client, an established organization providing senior care and nursing home services across Singapore to search for a Senior/Physiotherapist to be part of their team.

Responsibilities:

Clinical Care

• Assess, evaluate, and identify rehabilitation needs of residents; formulate/develop and implement appropriate individualized physiotherapy programmes to facilitate, restore, improve, or maintain movement/function.
• Evaluate, monitor, and review treatment regularly to document the needs and progress of diets and ensure that treatment is appropriate and effective.
• Evaluate and prescribe assistive devices to improve function in activities of daily living as required by residents.
• Maintain good communication, liaise with various disciplines involved in the rehabilitation process, and refer residents to respective professionals for consultation and appropriate intervention.

Training & Development

• Guide, supervise, and train physiotherapy students, therapist assistants, caregivers, and volunteers on their performance of duties and implementation of programmes, to ensure safe and effective treatment of residents.
• Provide training for caregivers in preparation for residents' discharge back into the home environment.

Administration

• Maintain database/records of all residents to provide evidence-based treatment with accurate and appropriate documentation.
• Ensure that proper documentation is made for all treatment rendered to residents.
• Any other duty as assigned by the Rehab Manager or Director of Nursing

Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree in physiotherapy recognized by the Singapore Allied Health Professional Council.
• Preferably with 1 to 2 years of experience, with experience in rehab services and hospitals, care homes, and rehab centers.
• Fully Registered Therapist with the Singapore Allied Health Professional Council preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to form networks and strong linkages with stakeholders.

Requirements:

· University Degree holder preferably in Business or Economics.

· 5-10 years of experience in reinsurance underwriting with expertise in treaty business.

· Well versed in both Facultative and Excess of Loss and Proportional treaty reinsurance.

The Senior Counsellor will provide case work, counselling, and trauma-focused therapy to clients in need of support. This role requires a skilled professional with significant experience in the social services sector who can work autonomously and as part of a team. The Senior Counsellor will provide clinical supervision and lead trauma-related programs, while also overseeing outreach initiatives and facilitating group work. Additionally, they will also ensure the effective management of client cases, including home-based counselling, regular follow-ups, assessments, and report writing. This role involves collaboration with stakeholders and external agencies to mobilise resources to support client needs.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide case work and counselling services, including trauma-focused therapy to clients
• Provide home-based counselling
• Support clients through the full spectrum of case management, from initial assessment to post-therapy follow up, ensuring regular communication to track progress and offer ongoing therapeutic support

Project Accounting

• Manage Work in Progress (WIP) project costs and revenue.

• Identify and flag variances between estimated and actual costs. Liaise with the project teams regarding cost control, issues to be resolved, provide (un)solicited insights and recommendations.

• Perform accurate posting of project related (adjusting) Journal Entries.
• Apply appropriate revenue recognition methods (percentage-of-completion (POC), completed contract).

Stock Accounting

• Monitor and reconcile inventory movements (receipts, issuances, transfers, and adjustments) to ensure accurate stock records. Flag up and resolve inaccurate stock records.
• Reconcile inventory accounts and resolve discrepancies between inventory sub-ledgers and GL balances.
• Perform stock-related journal entries (i.e. stock adjustments, revaluations, credits and claims).
• Monitor inventory costs to ensure alignment with budgets and cost objectives.
• Prepare stock schedules, maintain stock-related balance sheet specifications.

Routine (AR/AP/Claims/Cash)

• Handle full sets of the Accounts Payable (AP) function (80% of time) and Accounts Receivable (AR) function (20% of time).
• Processing batch and ad-hoc payments.
• Handle staff claims.
• Assist in handling bank/cash and other postings in the financial accounting system(s).

Period Close / Ad-hoc

• Assist in month-end / year-end closing tasks.
• Provide support during annual audit review.
• Any ad-hoc related matters as assigned and special projects.
