· To collaborate with all departments, customer, suppliers and government regulatory bodies to ensure that quality is a high priority in the company.

· To drive projects and processes to ensure compliance with the various food safety and hygiene standards and requirements.

· To lead and report on quality audits, identify and resolve problems highlighted in yield reports.

· Ensure that all food safety, quality related and non-compliance issues are investigated and that corrective measures are implemented and adhered to.

· Oversee of GMP and food safety training for Production personnel.

· To be in-charge of the application and submission of government grants.

· To be involved in the feasibility study for setting-up overseas factories.

Job requirements

· Bachelors’ Degree in Food Science & Technology or related field.

· 4-5 years of relevant experience in food processing industry

· Able lead, guide and manage a small team with effective communication skills

· Proficient in MS Office

· Good analytical and problem-solving skills

· Well-versed with HACCP, HALAL, GMP and other food related regulations in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Roadmap Development: Lead the creation of a detailed AI transformation roadmap in collaboration with department representatives.

• Initiative Consolidation: Align and integrate AI initiatives across departments to ensure cohesive and synergistic efforts.

• Deployment Planning and Execution: Oversee the deployment plan for AI transformation, ensuring projects are implemented effectively and on schedule.

• Project Monitoring and Reporting: Track the progress of all AI projects, ensuring they meet implementation schedules and milestones. Provide regular updates and detailed reports to senior management. Highlight potential risks and constraints.

• Resource Management: Develop and implement plans for executing AI projects, including identifying necessary business processes and planning resource allocation.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with PROCT departments, various resource teams to drive the implementation of AI initiatives. Ensure continuous follow-up and support for these initiatives.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with key stakeholders to communicate project goals, progress, and outcomes. Address any concerns and ensure alignment with organizational objectives

Requirements :

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering/Operations Management/ Project or Program Management/Computer science related field of study
• Any formal education on Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing and Data Analytics would be advantageous

Experience

Preferred

• Experience and knowledge in implementing AI solutions in organizations with more than 100 team members
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale programs/projects.
• Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and execution.
• Ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

• Lead the preparation and submission of Tenders
• Reviews tender requirements and generate tender schedule and deliverables checklist
• Organise kick off meeting with the tender team and drive tender progress
• Initiate and coordinate insurance review, due diligence check and compliance, risk assessment
• Leads estimating team members to obtain quotations that are in compliance with tender scope of work and requirement, drafting of proposals, compiling deliverables Obtain and finalises key subcontractors' quotations and lead the negotiation for contractual and commercial items
• Prepare overall cost summary and price tabulation as per tender requirement and specification
• Attend tender clarification meeting with customers, partners and key subcontractors
• Review contractual, commercial qualification, tender deliverables with the team and finalize for submission.
• Prepare investment and board paper
• Prepare project budget on the awarded contract

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any engineering disciplines, preferably EIT
• Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in a contract management role, contract administration role, purchasing or contracting
• Highly detail-oriented to spot inconsistencies in contracts
• Possess superior ability in negotiating terms and drafting contracts, strong negotiation and mediation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Must have excellent analytical thinking skills and problem solving abilities
• Candidates with prior experience working in Offshore, Engineering or Construction areas is highly valued
