The Role

Reporting to the Head of Finance, this position is accountable for the provision of financial & regulatory reporting of AIAIM in accordance to the applicable accounting policies, standards and guidelines. 1) Finance Governance and Control

• Review AIAIM monthly and quarterly group and regulatory reporting deliverables
• Assist HOF to monitor and ensure regulatory compliance with MAS’s Risk Base Capital framework requirements, as well as S13U and FSI-FM Incentive Grant for solvency and capital purposes

We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Senior Product Manager, GDTA.

Principal Responsibilities

• Drive the development and maintenance of a strategy and associated roadmap for ASEAN Transfer Agency and develop this cohesively with relevant stakeholders
• Assist in shaping broader segment strategy for various client segments and work on initiatives linked to the strategy
• A good understanding of the funds industry in Singapore and other ASEAN markets
• Assist in segment management initiatives, working with colleagues in Europe and Asia
• Prepare product pricing strategies and maintain product rate cards
• In conjunction with IT, align the Transfer Agency product architecture and design to the IT architectural blueprint
• Design and maintain global service definition documentation and relevant elements of sales collateral
• Establish and maintain relationships with relevant industry bodies, regulators e.g. CPF Board, consultants, competitor organisations, software vendors and appropriate other third parties. Use input to contribute to product development and product management processes
• Provide thought leadership both internally and externally through promotion of best practices, interaction with trade publications, speaking on public trade forums, client user groups etc
• Maintain an awareness of the ASEAN markets and competitor developments and position and differentiate the Transfer Agency offering relative to the competition
• Work closely with the Sales and Business Development team on various client pitches, RFPs, due diligence meetings and other discussions/negotiations
• Produce and update marketing and sales collateral on an ongoing basis
• Active involvement in industry award submissions, surveys, pitches and other market-related initiatives
• Engage with top clients on product proposition / requirements and take feedback as input into product development
• Provide support for client onboarding, where required, from a product perspective (e.g. operating model design, solutions to bespoke requirements etc

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years’ operational experience in the financial services industry working directly on Transfer Agency services
• Demonstrates an in-depth knowledge of the securities market and the associated market infrastructure
• Demonstrates a thorough understanding of the ASEAN funds industry and in particular Transfer Agency
• Demonstrates a solid grasp of the technology and systems supporting the product with direct knowledge of core GDTA platforms.
• Strategic mind-set, with strong conceptual, creative and analytical content

Reporting to the HR Director, the individual should enjoy highly analytical work and problem-solving in a dynamic environment, with the ability to independently prioritize multiple assignments.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Total Rewards Programs Management

• Effectively manage Ubisoft Total Rewards such as pay structure reviews, employees’ benefits, rewards and recognition programs

• Review the effectiveness of existing Total Rewards programs, policies and practices to ensure relevance, market competitiveness and regulatory compliance. Propose changes as needed in a cost-effective manner.

Salary Benchmarking & Surveys

• Conduct internal and external benchmarking exercises, research data sources and analyze trends to identify gaps and propose recommendations to ensure salaries, incentives and retention strategies are competitive and responsive to the market

• Support the Talent Acquisition & HR Partner teams in the development of salary proposals, internal and external benchmarks, provide updates on tools and processes, and support the talent selection process for offers (external and internal candidates)

Global Total Rewards Program

• Manage the Ubisoft annual performance review process and provide an analysis of the impact of the outcome of the process at each cycle to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Support the implementation and administration of global bonus and shares rewards programs, benefits and policies to ensure successful program delivery

Benefits Administration

• Drive and coordinate wellbeing programs
• Manage the administration and effectiveness of the insured employee benefits and keep abreast of changes in the industry
• Review long and short-term incentives and policies and make recommendations

Stakeholders Management

• Develop content and train employees, managers and members of the HR team on total compensation, related career architecture and mobility or talent pipeline related C&B;
• Provide advisory support to HR business partners on rewards strategies and programs
• Participate in OD projects with Talent Development team i.e job architecture implementation
• Work with internal communication and editorial teams on rewards communication
• Manage consultants and partner with external vendors to ensure program delivery

Others

• Participate in HR global and local projects as required
• Support HR Ops activities as assigned
