Duties & Responsibilities

• Operational Oversight: Manage daily operations across both Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) to ensure smooth and efficient service. Ensure excellent customer service to maximize guest satisfaction and promptly resolve any complaints.
• Quality Control and Vendor Management: Conduct regular assessments of food and beverage quality, identifying potential areas for improvement and exploring new vendor options.
• Staff Management and Development: Organize and manage staff shifts to optimize operational efficiency. Evaluate employee performance and provide constructive feedback to promote team productivity. Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager, with priority given to candidates who have managed or worked within chain restaurant brands.

OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE  

The Infopro Digital Business Development Manager position is a team-oriented, quota carrying role that will focus on revenue generation for the Global Financial Market brands, specifically selling our Risk.Net, FX Markets and Waters Technology products to clients globally. This   role will sell enterprise access to our subscriptions and memberships to new clients, whilst working alongside the Account Management team to ensure clients buy our full suite of products.   The Business Development Manager will work with an entrepreneurial mindset that demonstrates drive, initiative, energy and a sense of urgency.  

You will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to develop strategic initiatives that support the company’s objectives in the financial services industry. You will be expected to leverage your expertise and networks to generate leads, close high-value deals, and expand the company's footprint in key global markets. 

KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES  

• Strategic Planning: Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute a strategic business development plan that aligns with the company's goals and targets in the global financial market. 
• Sales and Negotiation: Lead the sales process from lead generation to contract negotiations, ensuring the successful closure of deals. This includes conducting presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations tailored to the needs of financial institutions

RESPONSIBILITIES

Branch Operations

• Granting transaction approval and overrides for all CER/ Senior CER within delegation limit
• Checking and approval of Application / Service Request documentations for all products / services.
• Collection of cheques from Quick Cheque Deposit box & batch for processing under dual control
• Review of all Daily/Monthly Reports via Report-to-Web (except GL Reports to be reviewed by BOSM)
• To scrutinize reports/schedules for unusual entries which may require further investigations / Escalations if required
• To raise any Suspicious Transaction Report (STR) if necessary
• Review of Daily Transaction Vouchers
• Stock Control – Custodian for Cashier’s Orders, Savings Passbooks, MLI Cards, Captured MLI/Credit Cards, Cheque Books and any others pending clients’ collection.
• Ensure all Drafts application, Telegraphic Transfer applications, standing instruction, GIRO, Payplus, Clients’ Requests are scanned / batched with appropriate authorization to relevant departments for processing on time
• Collate data/information related to branch reporting.- Accurate & Timely Submission
• Reporting of Daily, Weekly and Monthly Returns where applicable
• Reporting of any other Ad hoc information required from time to time
• Assist in answering phones, general enquiries and investigations.

Limits Management

• Ensure the overall cash is within the Branch Cash Holding limits (end of day Branch limits)
• Ensure all Client Experience Representative (CER)/ Senior Client Experience Representative (CER) do not exceed intra-day limit /end of day cash limit
• Maintenance of Cash position in all auxiliary Services – ATM/CDM
• Escalate in the event of breaching branch cash holding limits to Branch Manager. Inform also via email the Head, Branch Operations and provide reasons / justifications on the breach
• Raise RMS for change of transaction limits when necessary (e.g. upgrade from CL5 to CL4)

Approvals, Controls & Reconciliations

• Ensure dual control operation of the Cash Vault/ATM/CDM
• Granting transaction approval and overrides for all CER/ Senior CER within delegation limit
• Approve movement of cash to and from vault with Senior CER under dual control and confirm denomination and value input in eBranch System
• Approve cash indent and return to MAS/Battery Road Branch via CISCO
• Perform Surprise Cash Checks at a pre-determined frequency
• Daily reconciliation of physical cash in Vault/ATM/CDM with - Senior CER under dual control
• Perform daily checks (random sample of 5% or 5, whichever is lower) on signature verification, transaction validation and technical details for each CER/ Senior CER’s Debit transactions within the CER/ Senior CER’s limit and sign off on the vouchers as evidence of checks.

Management of Service Delivery

• Ensure clients are being served within stipulated standard (refer to scorecard)
• Assist clients in queries; handling feedbacks, complaints that are escalated by CER/Sales staff which includes escalated exceptional investigations and queries and liaising with other functions/department

Referrals

• Generate new sales opportunities by proactively referring client with banking needs to respective Sales Staff for cross-selling & upselling, (except insurance and investment)
• To activate, educate & direct clients to utilise digital/self service terminal (SST) channels

Compliance / Operational Risk

• Dual Control to be observed at all times
• To comply with all applicable money laundering prevention procedures and in particular, report any suspicious activity to the Line Manager & Transaction Monitoring Unit.
• Ensure compliance with all regulations and controls as set by the Bank and external regulatory authorities, including controls relating to Guidelines on Fair Dealing and Treating Clients Fairly outcomes

Product Positioning & Messaging:

• Craft clear, compelling, and consistent product messaging that resonates with target audiences and differentiates the company’s products from competitors.
• Tailor messaging for different customer segments and stages of the buyer journey, ensuring it addresses customer pain points and highlights product value.

Sales Enablement & Support:

• Create sales enablement materials such as product presentations, case studies, product demos, and battle cards that empower the sales team to effectively position the product and close deals.
• Train and support the sales team on product features, benefits, and value propositions to ensure successful customer conversations.

Go-to-Market Execution & Campaign Management:

• Lead the execution of product launches and marketing campaigns, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure all elements are aligned. This includes developing campaign assets, coordinating activities across digital, sales, and customer support teams, and tracking campaign performance to ensure objectives are met.

Market Research & Competitive Analysis:

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive positioning.
• Use insights to inform product strategy, messaging, and marketing tactics, ensuring the company stays ahead of industry shifts and customer expectations.

Performance Tracking & Reporting:

• Track and analyze product performance metrics (e.g., product adoption, customer feedback, market share) and marketing campaign results (e.g., lead generation, conversion rates).
• Provide regular performance reports and use data to optimize future marketing strategies, product positioning, and go-to-market efforts.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:

• Collaborate closely with product management, sales, customer success, and design teams to align product marketing strategies with business priorities and customer needs.
• Ensure cross-functional alignment and effective communication to drive successful product outcomes and customer satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (MBA or other advanced degree is a plus).
• Relevant certifications in product marketing, digital marketing, or related areas are a plus (e.g., HubSpot Product Marketing Certification, Pragmatic Marketing Certification).
• 3-5 years of experience in product marketing or a related field, with a proven track record of successful product launches, go-to-market strategies, and driving product growth.
• Experience in B2B, B2C, and B2B2C product marketing is preferred.
• Strong understanding of product positioning, messaging, and value proposition development.
• Proven experience working closely with sales teams to develop effective sales enablement materials.
• Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau).
• Experience in the electronics industry is an advantage.

About the role

You’ll be the facilities expert, implementing cutting-edge strategies that enable preventive maintenance of our facilities and sustainability of the environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage facilities and office space to ensure government regulations, environmental, health and security standards are met
• Create and implement a preventive maintenance program to minimize downtime and ensure longevity of our facilities
• Provide consultation to management on energy efficiency and process optimization based on data-driven analysis
• Supervise multi-disciplinary teams of maintenance personnel, ensuring they are properly trained and equipped to perform their duties
• Manage and direct all central purchasing including security, parking, cleaning, catering, technology and stationery etc
• Ensure smooth operations and maintenance of facilities, including HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing, security, grounds maintenance and repairs

Requirements

• At least Degree / Diploma in any related/relevant discipline
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Good leadership capability and organizational management skills
• Highly motivated, independent and able to work in a fast-paced environment
