About The Role

We value the importance of having a robust Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs team that would serve as a key pillar for sustained commercial success. To that end, we are looking for a Quality Assurance & Regulatory Affairs Manager to join us on this journey. You will be part of our fast-growing team and will take ownership of your role from the get-go. Your Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science.
• At least 5 years’ experience in quality assurance and/or regulatory affairs in the medical device Industry.
• Firm understanding of ISO 13485:2016, FDA 21 CFR 820/QMSR and ISO 14971.
• Prior involvement in HSA, FDA 510(k)/De Novo and/or MDR 2017/745 submissions will be a plus.
• Experience in generating risk management documentation (risk management plan, report, FMEAs).

RESPONSIBILITIES

The main responsibilities of this role are to ensure effective and efficient coordination of our Pool vessel operations. As a Senior Executive/Assistant Manager, you are responsible to support the day-to-day operations of the Care and Call Centre (CareHub) to meet CareHub’s service standards, key performance indicators (KPIs) and deliver a positive customer experience for residents and community partners who reach in to CareHub for support to age well in the community.

You will work closely with stakeholders and the CareHub team including Call Centre Officers (CCOs) who are helming CareHub, to draft, develop and implement requirements (including IT systems) and collaborative workflows and SOPs to bring plans into reality dovetailed to implementation timeline, organisation’s strategies, priorities and national’s directives. Position Overview:
As the Country Manager based in Singapore, you will be at the forefront of our operations in Southeast Asia. Qualifications:

● Master's degree in engineering, bechelor's may be considered.

● Profound insight into acoustic technology, bone conduction technology, binaural technology, and related industries.

● 7+ years of headphone industry management experience, with a proven track record in a leadership role.

● Deeply cultivated channel resources and extensive personal connections within the sales channels of Southeast Asian countries.

● Strong business acumen and strategic planning skills.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

● Fluency in English and Mandarin, both written and spoken, is required.

● Experience in a multi-cultural work environment.

● Proficiency in Oracle suite, Sunlike, Tableau and ERP systems.

Work Environment:

This role is based in Singapore with regular travel to various locations within Southeast Asia and China.

Job Overview:

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the production, assembly, installation, and commissioning of equipment. You will manage the entire project lifecycle from the design phase through execution, ensuring successful project closure and handover. You will work closely with internal stakeholders on the routine projects, coordinate with subcontractors, and ensure compliance with quality procedures and regulations.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Knowledge of quality procedures and regulations.

• Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
