Influence the fleet operations team and other associated stakeholders in aligning with the vessel performance management goals and objectives in optimizing TCE. • Responsible for daily vessel operations, including issuance of voyage instructions, planning, optimizing and managing voyage bunkers, appoint agents, optimize voyage PnL taking into account speed and tank cleaning instructions.

· Minimum 2 years of experience in Corporate Communications or PR agency

· Excellent writing, editing, proofreading and presentation skills

· Preferably Mandarin proficient, to liaise with Chinese media

· Resourceful, and able to work both independently and in teams

· Strong interpersonal, time-management and organizational skills

· Creative and self-driven
