The Lab Support Executive reports directly to the school manager(s). The position manages, supports, and maintains the laboratories within the university which are mainly used by students for class sessions, experiments, and exams/tests as part of the students’ learning. Main Responsibilities

Maintain and monitor complex clients’ systems:

• Responsible for technical support for complex systems and problems, ensuring performance of the asset (client) is maintained throughout the course of the contract
