• 6+  years of experience in a management consultancy, marketing agency or technology company covering strategy, operations or marketing strategy. Previous experience as a programme manager, strategy manager, or operations lead is desirable.

• To develop, mentor and lead the members of the donor recruitment to achieve their objectives.
• To oversee the recruitment curriculum, training and engagement of ambassadors to support the team’s objectives and the charities goals of building a volunteer database.
• To oversee the donor recruitment training curriculum for staff and volunteers ensuring that every member of the charity is affluent in donor recruitment.
