What you will be working on

You will be involved in the software development lifecycle activities such as analysis, design, development, implementation, and maintenance of a variety of mission-critical web applications using different technologies.

What we are looking for

• Hands-on knowledge and proven experience in end-to-end web application development life cycle, which includes implementation, troubleshooting, performance tuning of web applications
• Technically competent in one or more of the following languages, tools and technologies:
­ Frontend/full-stack development experience using Adobe Experience Manager (Sites/Forms) and Microsoft Azure development platform such as .Net core, Logic Apps, App Services, Azure Data Factor, SQL database,
­ Others such as Angular, CSS, HTML, JavaScript, etc.
­ Micro-services and container technologies (e.g. Kubernetes)
­ Restful API, OAUTH 2 and 2 Way SSL
• Experience in the following will be an added advantage:
­ UI/UX design
­ Adobe technologies (e.g. Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Launch, Adobe Campaign, Adobe Audience Manager)
­ Azure DevOps
­ GitHub
­ Agile software development tools and standards (e.g. SCRUM)
• Good communication, strong analytical and problem solving skills

Responsibilities:

• Strategic Program Leadership: Take ownership of our clients' strategic initiatives and programs, working closely with senior leadership to define objectives, scope, and success criteria.
• Consultative Approach: Apply your consulting background to provide strategic guidance and insights, aligning programs with industry best practices and market trends.
• Program Planning: Develop comprehensive program plans, outlining goals, timelines, resource requirements, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues proactively, developing mitigation strategies and contingency plans to ensure program success.Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Resource Allocation: Oversee resource allocation across programs, optimizing the utilization of talent, technology, and budget to maximize program effectiveness.
• Performance Monitoring: Implement robust program performance measurement frameworks, regularly tracking and reporting on KPIs to stakeholders.
• Change Management: Lead change management efforts, facilitating organizational readiness for program implementations and transitions.
• Quality Assurance: Maintain program quality by establishing and enforcing best practices, standards, and methodologies.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive a culture of continuous improvement within the PMO, fostering innovation and the adoption of industry-leading practices.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of program managers, providing guidance, coaching, and professional development opportunities.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Business Administration, or other related field.
• Proven experience (minimum 8-10 years) as a Program Manager in a consulting environment with a focus on strategic initiatives.
• Strong understanding of program management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and act tactically when necessary.
• Expertise in stakeholder management and the ability to build consensus among diverse groups of stakeholders.
• Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving successful program outcomes.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
• PMP, PgMP, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
• Proficiency in project management and collaboration software (e.g., Microsoft Project, SharePoint, JIRA).
• A strategic thinker with a track record of delivering results on complex and high-impact programs.

As a Wealth Manager, you need to provide financial services such as strategic planning and management of client’s wealth. Additionally, training and guidance will be provided.

• Active sourcing and acquisition of new clients to achieve Bank goals

• Understand and assess client’s needs so as to offer sound financial advisory through network of insurance providers, investment & foreign exchange specialists to assist clients in making accurate decisions
