RESPONSIBILITIES

Quality and Safe Care

• Is responsible for the compliance of all nursing standards as stipulated by Ministry of Health and Singapore Nursing Board.

Requirement

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience equipment maintenance or troubleshooting of high precision equipment such as Die PNP machine

Job Responsibilities:

Ensure the well being of the equipment section in terms of morale, KPIs and long term success.
Set expectations for employees on understanding and compliance to MRB, TECN, 8D, specification requirements.
Regular assessment on risk management with action items identified.
Set expectations on effective use of SPC, FMEA, and other Quality Management System to detect issues timely and with improvement action items identified.
Continuous improvement program in place to prevent quality, line yield, and sort yield excursions
Project monitoring system in place to keep track of project status and progress vs fab performance requirements.
Set targets, goals and projects for the section to minimize wafer scrap, defect, rework, and improve process capability to meet operational needs.
Forecast and budget on equipment upkeep cost and any other related expenditures. Drive improvement activities to reduce equipment upkeep costs.
Work closely with Process and Manufacturing Section Managers to address equipment constraint issues, OEE. Optimize metrology sampling to meet quality standard and Manufacturing requirements.
Establish / monitor vendor performance metrics to drive quality and cost improvements. Develop a good working relationship with vendors.
To provide support and adequate resources to ensure compliance with Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) requirements, and participate in improving and maintaining the EHS management system. Ensure good practice of housekeeping on tools, equipment, and materials.
Setup a spare part inventory system that can forecast usage. Ensure employees are disciplined in housekeeping and maintaining the system.
Set performance expectations for employees and have regular review to keep track of performance. Clearly define responsibility and develop empowerment in the group. Jointly work with employees to develop their career path.
Ensure that employees have the required training, knowledge, and competency in performing the tasks.
Develop performance reporting structures so that the employees can document their project in the Knowledge database for sharing and training for future Engineers / AssociateEngineers.

Job Requirements:

Degree or Master’s Degree in Engineering discipline

Min 5 years of proven track record in a managerial role with strong leadership capabilities

Job Description

• Lead and drive process transfer projects to meet key process/product qual milestones set e.g. Tapeouts (NTO/RTO), PRS matching, ERA, WAT/yield matching, HTOL/ESD/Latchup etc
• Co-work with transfer team and drive modules to deliver roubst integrated process to enable a successful production volume ramp from development/pilot stage
• Key Fab inteface role working directly with customers to address their needs, product performance in terms of WAT/yield, conference calls and customers audits etc
• To support Fab needs/challenges and capacity ramps as ECCP/MRB Chairperson to assess and evaluate tools quals and process changes without quality issue
• Facilitate and own process FMEA, PCP etc for all process in different tech nodes
• Drive SPC review and CITs with modules/QA on inline and WAT CP/CPK/OOC performancews to meet Fab and customer's index
• Key technical role in cases of daily and esp. major quality events in terms of risk assessment and proposed SOTE to customer if needed
• To lead and coach a team of engineers and AEs to meet both Fab and customers' expectations and goals set

Job Requirement

• Bachelor Degree preferably in Engineering with semiconductor process or device knowledge
