You don't need to have MICE experience to work with us. We're looking for ambitious, entrepreneurial self-starters with a strong sense of ownership, passion and curiosity, driven by our values of care, ownership, trust, passion and innovation.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Setup sound, light, and video systems for events (both at Singapore EXPO and external venue), ensuring proper configuration and functionality.
- Conduct thorough pre-checks to ensure sound, light, and video systems and logistical requirements for all events are met.
- Standby and manning of sound, light, and video systems for rehearsals and during event days.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that may arise during events.
- Recover and account for all AV equipment after events, ensuring proper storage and handling.
- Perform periodic maintenance on sound, light, and video equipment to maintain optimal performance.
- Assist in annual stock-takes of all AV equipment and update inventory records accurately.
- Prepare event directional and digital room signage according to event requirements.
- Prepare car park and cleaning work orders accurately and in a timely manner.
- Perform daily inspections to ensure meeting rooms are ready for use.
- Conduct joint inspections with event organizers for handover and takeover of venue spaces.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Reporting Officer.
QUALIFICATIONS
- ITE or Diploma in Audio Visual related field.
- Fresh graduates with no prior experience are welcome to apply.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
- Meticulous, detailed, resourceful, independent and a team player.
- Able to work on shift works, including weekends and public holidays.
