The Manager will report to the Financial Controller and be responsible for the spectrum of finance functions, including accounting, consolidation and finance operations of Sun Venture's assets. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic IT Manager to join our team at Mondrian Singapore Duxton. In this role, you will oversee the IT infrastructure, support hotel operations, and implement innovative technology solutions to enhance our guest experience.

How your day looks like?

• To ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the IT department and to deliver a prompt and efficient service to all departments
• To define and keep updated written incident management policies and procedures where action to be taken, persons to be contacted in case of incident are clearly mentioned
• To ensure the physical and logical security of IT system
• To ensure hotel is fully compliance & in place with the IT self-assessment requirement
• To review and take necessary action against IT Checklist (daily, weekly, monthly & yearly) completed by IT Executive
• To review backup status updated by IT Executive
• To perform periodical user access review for various systems
• To perform regular computer audits in the search of un-authorized programs, improper setup or loophole in the security setup
• Conduct capacity and performance studies recommending appropriate action to maintain standards of performance and capacity.
• Assist in performing hardware and software evaluation tests and determine appropriate installation or upgrade schedule.
• Administer, maintain and provide network level support for Hotel, Bar and Restaurant. Ensure functional integration of network and database server software and LAN hardware/software components.
• Perform fault isolation, problem determination and problem resolution of standard set network and serve problems to ensure proper integration of software and hardware components.
• Conduct capacity and performance studies pertaining to network file segments and servers (when applicable). Recommend appropriate action where performance is below objective or where capacity may be nearing its threshold.
• Assist in the monitoring and maintenance of process server and related network functions to ensure all components are performing optimally and in concert with each other.
• Perform hardware and software evaluations with individual workstations (when necessary) and determine appropriate installation and/or upgrade schedule.
• Maintain complete and thorough knowledge of new releases of network and server software.
• Document disaster recovery procedures and perform production turnover procedures with all application including but not limited to Opera Cloud, Symphony Cloud and other hotels systems.
• Maintain department objectives and keep consistent with objective from Business Units and Corporate Units.
• Run training classes for individual workstations and new applications. As well as attend training classes
• To develop and maintain good relationships IT providers

The Senior / Facilities Technician is responsible for daily engineering sections to support the hotel operations.

Primary Responsibilities

Daily Engineering Operations

• Operates the equipment to deliver a comfortable room temperature to hotel areas.
• Operates the equipment to deliver clean water to the respective services in the hotel.
• Operates the equipment to deliver hot water to the respective services in the hotel as required.
• Operates the equipment to deliver clear and sharp images from the television and satellites equipment to hotel guest suites as required.
• Operates the equipment to deliver audio visual support to the hotel event as required.
• Assists and supports the emergency operations team during an emergency and a crisis in a timely and efficient manner.

Shift Operations

• Rectifies equipment and facilities breakdown as required.
• Replaces faulty components / lighting bulbs as required.
• Responds to requests relating to technical issues from hotel patrons in a timely and efficient manner.
• Collects daily utilities meter readings and verify plant / equipment are in proper operations as required.
• Patrols hotel grounds to verify fire and safety risk as required.
• Patrols hotel grounds to verify all lightings on hotel grounds operate within the preset timings as required.

Plant and Facilities Services

• Operates plant facilities to support every aspect of hotel operations in a timely and efficient manner.
• Preventive maintenance.
• Rectifies / Repairs damaged furniture to the highest quality level and in a timely manner.
• Rectifies / Paints defective building surfaces to the highest quality level and in a timely manner.

Other Responsibilities

• Operates the hotel elevators and dumbwaiters as required.
• Operates the hotel swimming pool and water fountains as required.
• Operates the hotel fire protection services as required.
• Operates the hotel drainage and sanitary system as required.
• Operates the hotel television and satellites system as required.
• Operates the hotel public music system as required.
• Operates the hotel lightings and dimming system as required.

We are looking for a Senior Technical Support Specialist with excellent communication and diagnostic skills.

As a senior technical support specialist, you will be required to lead a team of technicians to perform thorough product testing and evaluation, providing technical support and advisory to consumers and businesses in regards to any technical product enquiries.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct testing for new product/ software prior launching
• Provide repair, service and customer support during onsite visit
• Configuration of smart product setup
• Work independently to diagnose and troubleshoot any issues
• Record and update test report/ service report on a timely manner
• In-house repair and maintenance of PRISM+ product
• Support warehouse disposal activity
• Managing and leading a team of technicians in their daily activities
• Liaising with engineers to solve any technical fault
• Other duties as assigned

• Min 3 years of working experience as an onsite Technician or relevant experience working with smart home appliances product
• Singapore Class 3 driving license
• Willingness to perform overtime work when required
• Possess at least Primary/Secondary School/"O" Level, Professional Certificate/NITEC, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in IT, Electronics or equivalent.
