• Analytics: Monitor social media analytics to track and report on the success of social media campaigns, including engagement, reach, and conversions.

You will be responsible but not limited for the following tasks:

• Lead or collaborate on the execution of engagements with global internal team, and external service providers for co-source engagements as applicable.

• Engagements include risk-based audit, advisory, business support engagements, which include finance, governance, and operational processes, and evaluation of the internal control environment.

• Ability to prepare audit reports that are concise, impactful, and persuasive to drive recommendations and corrective actions, balancing content with the needs of the audience.

• Lead Follow-Up audits.
• Contribute to the preparation of annual risk assessment and annual engagement plan.
• Contribute to internal department initiatives to build a leading-edge Internal Audit function that is agile, relevant and leverages technology to provide insight and value to the organization.
• Perform duties in accordance with the International Standards of Internal Auditing. Keep current on knowledge of audit principles and techniques. Assist with other activities assigned by supervisors.
• Communicate with the global team and stakeholders outside standard working hours as necessary.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accountancy or related fields
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with both public accounting and or commercial sector internal audit experience. Solid experience and knowledge of core business processes within ERP systems including technical system proficiency.
• Business as usual travel up to 20%.
• Fluent in English Language – written & verbal.
• Certified with relevant professional certification such as CA, CPA, CIA, CISA
• Relevant business experience / prior semiconductor industry experience is a plus.
• Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office, especially MS excel, Word and Outlook
• Proficiency in SAP and Oracle Financial R12 system.
• Proficiency in Data Analytic Tools.

Job Summary:

The Materials Program Manager will work with various functions and departments to drive material flow and ensure visibility of current & future material issues. It will be the core member to supporting materials strategy.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• A People Manager who will manage a team of Materials Program Manager/Materials Expeditor
• Overseeing the material requirement and supply chain activities for specific programs
• Align material strategies with business strategies and program objectives
• Liase with site planning and supply chain management functions including GSS buyers, Commodity and Project Managers
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with material supply
• Conduct risk assessment & implement effective risk mitigation strategies
• Escalation points of contact for material issues within the program
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Work with Planner to ensure visibility of current & future material issues
• Work with Production Managers to understand Critical Production schedules
• Coordinates demand signals through MRP to minimize inventory exposure.
• Participates in Materials Core Team and coordinates product development process deliverables with team members (buyers, planners, production control).
• Supports the creation, releases, and updates to new project materials strategy.
• Works with engineering to identify preliminary critical parts, long-lead parts and inspection requirements. Assists in developing supplier and commodity road maps to engineering.
• Material risk BOM analysis at project level :
  • Design the inventory programs: VMI, JIT, discrete orders, etc. – driving lead-time reduction
  • Recommend risk buy or consignment

(This relates to impact inventory liability, inventory turns, cash flow relief, etc. – due to upsides, downside, slow down of businesses more effectively)

• Burst demand request by customers – assess entire BOM materials lead-times, chronic suppliers, customer managed allocations , etc., then present from materials perspective how to support burst demand plan to support operations
• Work closely with Supply Chain Program managers for localization or regionalization of OEM & BTP parts
• Work with SCM on long term supply chain mitigation plan via localization or alternate sourcing to ease the supply chain for the Program/Tool.
• Leads project team that may include different functions and departments to solve supplier long-term issues and improve supplier performance. Provides inputs to engineering and SCM in supplier selection and assessment.
• Analyze system need dates, supplier commitments and current production status to identify critical material issues
• Escalate critical material shortages immediately upon identification and own the efforts to resolve and continue to escalate
• Lead clear to build (CTB) for pre-production build phases
• Propose optimized supply planning to ensure on-time build schedule. Drive closure of materials issues
• Collaborate with supply chain functions for support as needed
• Participates in commercialization (transition) materials plan. Participates in the material change control change process. Assists in supplier price and delivery negotiations; Complete supplier risk assessment on critical and unique parts. Monitor supplier performance (delivery, quality, cost).
• Develop and execute risk/opportunity plans to meet program objectives & proactively manage mitigation plans
• Track KPI’s and generate Reports, Metrics & Presentations
• Attend quarterly SBR with customer and supplier
• Support planning & coordination of new Projects, New components and Engineering Changes and assess the impact to Production Schedules
• Consistently work on Demand & Supply to proactively identify gaps and work with planner buyers and Strategic procurement to eliminate the gaps
• Work with Engineering & Program Management to develop roadmaps for the phase-out of obsolete parts and phase-in of new product materials

Role and team:

The Internal Audit Manager will lead audit projects, assess risks, evaluate internal controls, and spearhead Internal Audit representation across the APAC region. The candidate is required to have proven audit expertise with strong SAAS/ Technology business acumen to drive improvements in operational efficiency, compliance, and governance.

This position will be reporting to Director of Internal Audit based in the US HQ in Santa Clara.

This is a project manager and currently does not have people supervisory responsibilities.

Assurance Engagements

• Strengthen the ServiceNow’s internal control environment through assessing and evaluating internal controls over sales and marketing business functions(direct sales, sales operations, channel sales, services, revenue, marketing, sales commissions, etc.), including operational, financial and ABAC and other compliance areas
• Performs an internal audit annual risk assessment with ServiceNow’s APAC management team input to determine internal audit scope / plan for the period
• Perform internal audits of regional APAC business activities based on the internal audit plan
•  Organize and execute end-to-end internal audit projects, conducting in-depth evaluations of the internal controls, documenting the results and producing audit reports
• Report to ARC Audit Team and regional APAC Leadership on internal audit results and findings

Governance and Advisory

• Assist and support regional stakeholders with internal control improvements in anticipation of external and internal audits
• Utilize data analysis to identify risks in business operations and audit response plans
• Monitor and follow up on audit findings, coordinating with departments to implement corrective actions on time, ensuring closed-loop internal control management
• Support internal control and compliance requirements during the expansion of new businesses or markets, ensuring operations adhere to industry regulations and local requirements
• Collaborate with regulatory bodies or external auditors, providing necessary support and documentation as needed
