Principal Accountabilities:-

1. Lead and in-charge the Special Projects such as:-

a. To enhance the service quality of the Japanese Business;

b. To establish customer benefit services with vendors;

2. Report in Japanese regularly to our Head Office in Tokyo.

3. Underwrites and specialize in Marine Hull and other general insurance classes.

4. Provide customer service in Japanese to Japanese clients on their inquiries, requests, complaints and claims matters.

5. Provide Japanese language support to staff in other departments, where appropriate.

6. Provide administrative support.

7. Plan and organize visitations to clients (new business/renewal/claims happenings).

8. Develop good relationship with clients to maintain and enhance existing clients’ business.

9. Plan renewal strategies for Japanese corporate clients.

10. Prepare underwriting quotations to clients in accordance with the Company’s underwriting guidelines.

11. Prepare referral form, issue Cover Notes and collect of premiums.

12. Maintain clients’ details and information.

Job Requirements:-

1. Minimum Degree Holder qualification;

2. At least 10 years of experience in General Insurance industry;

3. Fluent in written and spoken English and Japanese for handling local and Japanese clients;

4. Good understanding of doing Japanese business;

5. Possess good interpersonal and communication skills;

Job Description

To be a senior contributor in the Trust Services team, supporting the Head of Trust Services (Private Clients) to lead and manage the Private Clients team to be an effective, efficient and profitable part of Ocorian.

The candidate will be responsible for the client administrative delivery, operations and service standards of their area whilst creating strong profitable relationships with clients.

To motivate and promote a culture of teamwork through excellent leadership and mentoring.

Main responsibilities

Support the local Head of Trust Services (Private Clients) in his/her overall duties, including but not limited to, overseeing the daily client administration, operational aspects, ongoing regulatory and compliance oversight, business development efforts, and motivating the team.

To support and mentor the Trust Services team including assisting with ongoing client responsibilities, in addition to supporting with the management of the Group.

Support and ensure performance targets of the Private Clients team are on track and motivating.

Acquire a thorough understanding of the structures used by clients and the reasons for so doing.

Act as Director and/or bank account signatory for Private Clients client companies

Act as Resident Manager for Ocorian Singapore Trust Company

Act as Data Protection Officer (DPO) for investment holding companies underlying Trust structures where appropriate.

Foster close working relationships with other service and support lines in the local office and Group.

To ensure absolute compliance with KYC procedures whilst maintaining knowledge of the client business and operational workloads.

Work closely with Business Development and Subject-Matter-Experts (SMEs) with the on-boarding of new business within the Group.

To ensure prompt billing and cash collection are carried out effectively and in a timely manner.

Any other such duties that would be reasonably required for this role.

Qualifications

Knowledge, skills and experience

An enhanced level of technical knowledge to include more complex areas of trust services, investments, accounting and tax legislation and regulation. This includes Discretionary trust, Reserved Power Trust, Revocable/Irrevocable Trust, Private Trust Company (PTC), etc.

Relevant professional qualification (ACCA, ICSA or STEP preferred) together with a minimum of eight years relevant experience in the trust industry.

3-5 years of experience in management level or managing teams.

Excellent organisational and client management skills, together with full knowledge of current company and trust legislation, and the local regulatory environment. This includes a high level of awareness of risk factors and compliance procedures.

Professional manner with the ability to relate to persons at all levels, and to identify client's needs, responding to these quickly and effectively.

Excellent people management skills to include high level of integrity, excellent written and oral communication skills, and the ability to multi-task.

Good organisational and people management skills, together with a thorough understanding of client issues within the Group.

Self-motivation and proactive skills, coupled with good interpersonal and communication skills essential to maintain and develop strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

JOB SUMMARY

The Data Strategy & Reporting Manager will be responsible for creating & maintaining data pipelines, and the platforms that support said pipelines. He/She will be required to generate a strong understanding of data from a multitude of internal/external platforms, and create pipelines (automated, where possible) that support further downstream reporting/analysis.

Must be willing to work any shift, night shift hours, weekends and public holidays. Must have hands-on experience in cooking the following dishes:

· All south and north Indian set meals with all the meal side dishes.

· All varieties and type of Briyani, such as Chittinadu, Hyderabad and Malabar Dum Traditional Briyani.

· South Indian traditional breakfast items, such as Idli, Pongal, Vadai, Poori, Kichadi, Uppuma, varity rice with side dishes all type of chutney and kuruma.

· Naan varieties, such as Butter Naan, Garlic Naan, Ghee Naan, etc with side dishes Butter Chicken. Chicken Tikka, Paneer Butter Masala, etc.

· Prata varieties, such as Nool Prata, Bun Prata, Kili Prata, Tissue Prata, etc with Chalna (Veg, Chicken and Mutton)

· Tandoori roti varieties, such as Butter Roti, Garlic Roti, Ghee Roti, with Tandoori Side Dishes (Veg and Non-Veg)

· Thosai varieties, such as Paper Thosai, Cone Thosai, Veetu Thosai, Curry Thosai, etc

· Snacks varieties, such as methu vadai, masala vadai, curry puff, samosa, bonda, etc

· Tandoori side dish varieties, such as butter chicken, chicken tikka, panner butter, etc

· Goreng Sambal and Rojak Kuwa.

· Malaysian style veg and non veg Dishes.

· Setting up, cleaning, washing and organizing work stations.

· Preparing ingredients, washing vegetables, chopping, seasoning meat, etc.

· Roti Prata, Naan, Tandoori Roti, Thosai, Idli, snacks dough mixing and preparations.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must have minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in the above skill sets and requirements.
• Must be able to do multi-tasking as per restaurant operation requirements.
• Must be willing to work in any shift, night hours shift, weekends and public holidays according to duty roster prepare by the restaurant management.
• No Formal Education
• Must have experience in team based bulk cooking environment with multitasking working capabilities.

Job Description & Requirements:

Proven experience as Welder

Experience using a variety of welding equipment and procedures (TIG, MMA etc.)

Experience in using electrical or manual tools (saws, squares, calipers etc.)

Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings

Knowledge of relative safety standards and willingness to use protective clothing (face-shield, gloves etc.)

Deftness and attention to detail

Proficient in Basic English

Successful completion of a relevant apprenticeship program is required

Professional Certification (e.g. an AWS welding certificate) will be a plus

The monthly salary is $3500 -$4500, based on experience.
