• Own and nurture operational relationships with partners and unblock the growth opportunities. Negotiate such changes with a partner, as they need to do tech work on their end as well.

Analyze the quality of support we provide to our partners and their customers. This means understanding how well our responses solve the cases raised, what we can do to improve the resolution rate and reduce the amount of contacts by working with the internal teams for your partner and for the whole region in particular. Collecting feedback from assigned partnerships to identify key improvement areas.

About you:

• You have at least 3-5 years of working in the banking or fintech industry space
• You have proven track of record completing the projects with measurable results, scaling internal costs and improving the processes (ready to share about at least 3 projects lead and delivered)
• You are data-driven, able to collect and analyze data to prioritize the big wins for our partnerships and for scaling internal teams
• You’re creative in finding solutions when you are blocked. You’ll have a number of ways to reach cross-team agreements that work for us, the partner and customers even when you receive a push back

• Underwrite new business and review renewals.

Requirements

• Recognised Diploma/University Degree preferably in Management, Accountancy or Commerce
• Preferably 5 years experience in General Insurance industry with any Insurer/Reinsurer or a Broker.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel)
• Good organisation skills
• Good time management
• Teamwork

Job Description:

• Efficiently HR operations, compliance, and employee engagement.
• Assisting in recruitment, onboarding, exit and retention strategies.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations and maintaining up-to-date knowledge and implementing necessary changes.
• Contributing to training and development programs.
• Supporting the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Supporting the administration of employee benefits such as insurance and retirement plans.
• Managing employee records and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
• Assisting in the yearly budgeting and performance management exercises

Job Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Human Resources, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in HR or a related role (experience in a senior or an assistant or managerial role preferred).
