Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the Managing Director in developing, implementing and monitoring the compliance of internal control policies and procedures
• Prepare Feasibility study for company prospective projects.
• Review consolidated financial statements, management reports and budget variance analysis of the Group
• Coordinate, participate and deliver insights into the financial reports in the management meeting and board meeting
• Manage relationship with external auditors for financial audits
• Lead the preparation of annual budgets, analysis and presentation to Management
• Oversee the costing function for the Built Industries activities in Singapore
• Supervision of local & overseas Accounts staff with full spectrum of accounting responsibilities
• Perform any other tasks as the need arises
• Lead the Company Admin, Finance and HR Departments.
• Assist the Group in debt and fund raising when required.

Job Requirements:

• Possess minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, business, business administration or related field with at least 4 years of working experience, including experience in built industries costing, tender and supervisory experience.
• Familiar with Debts & Loans in singapore banking context.

SENIOR MGR, FINANCE

• Direct the implementation of accounting systems, procedures and internal controls in HSG to accurately record and summarize financial transactions
• Ensure timely reporting of financial reports and return to regulatory
• Key Lead on funding papers and funding requirements for whole of HSG divisions
• Work with internal stakeholders and management on budgeting, forecasting, and cashflow requirements
• Present financial reports and forecasts to stakeholders
• Provide financial forecasting, budgets, investment monitoring and cash optimization in aligning with guidelines
• Establish frameworks, processes, templates and approving authorities for key finance and procurement functions
• Oversee procurement team when needed and provide directions and guidance to ensure compliance with procurement policies and governance

Job requirements

• Tertiary qualification in Accountancy and/or is a Chartered Accountant/Certified Public Accountant.
• At least 8 years of experience in managing key finance functions and preparation of full set of accounts of statutory boards or private sector companies
• Knowledge in Government Procurement Instruction Manual.
• Committed with good working attitude and resilience to produce the desired results.
• Effective stakeholder management, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in implementation of ERP

SENIOR MGR, PROCUREMENT & ADMIN

• Plan and manage all procurement activities conducted by the User Divisions to ensure timeliness of procurement and contract implementation
• Provide professional advice to Divisions on best practices in sourcing, contract management and supplier management practices and manage inquiries from users
• Develop and maintain the company's procurement governance framework, striking an optimal balance between governance and operations efficiency
• Lead and mentor the procurement team, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
• Lead the new procurement system implementation

Reporting directly to the Head of Internal Audit directly, you will lead and execute audit assignments, assessing internal controls, ability to communicate audit findings to management.

You will also be responsible for incorporating data analytics into audit procedures.

The Senior Director, Head of Client Services (CS) – SMT Cluster, Global Clients & and Global/Regional Acquirers is a senior leadership role, reporting to the SVP, Head of AP Client Services, and will lead the team responsible for managing the post-sales and operational relationships of clients by overseeing onboarding and implementation processes, maximizing adoption of deployed products, driving Client Success outcomes, and optimizing client performance across the SMT markets, Global Clients and Global/Regional Acquirers.

The Senior Director is expected to provide strategic, functional, and technical leadership for all the operational activities for applicable clients, including the cross functional delivery of systems and services. They will define and deploy client service strategies across the different client types including proactive Client Success planning. This will ensure their client operational goals/success metrics are understood, intended outcomes are met and client readiness activities for upcoming mandates are tracked in Client Success Plans. In addition, a key tenet will be to develop and enhance success metrics for the team they lead to ensure Client satisfaction is not only measured, but is exceeded, using net promoter scores, survey results, OKRs, in person meetings, outreach calls, and other factors to determine accountability and proactive engagements by their team members. 

The Senior Director is accountable for building a high-performing and cohesive team, aligned to the global Client Success strategy, by providing leadership to a team of individual contributors. They should do this through coaching, setting strategic direction and applying working knowledge of Visa products, systems, and procedures. They are accountable for personifying the Visa leadership principles while providing guidance to direct reports, cross-functional staff, and senior management to proactively drive Client Success whilst ensuring effective resolution of high-priority issues with potential of significant financial implications.

In this role, you are expected to:

• Lead courageously to inspire the SMT Cluster, Global Clients and Global/Regional Acquirers Client Services team, focused on delivering excellent client experience and optimizing our clients’ performance.
• Be a member of, and active participant in, the AP Client Services Leadership Team and the SMT Cluster, Global Clients & Acquiring Leadership Team.
• Own the expense budget for this group, as well as revenue and sales targets and Objectives/Key Results based on the multi-year Client Success transformation.
• Drive the development and delivery of key strategic initiatives in support of the global Client Success transformation, inspiring and holding team members to account for enacting key changes in support of the future state vision.
• Establish and foster outstanding relationships with executive management team stakeholders from Clients and is adept at independently managing and resolving challenging and complex client escalations by obsessing about clients. 
• Develop and maintain outstanding relationships with key Visa cross-functional stakeholders. Represents the voice of the client on all operational initiatives and issues with key internal partner organizations including Sales, Product, Global Clients, Global/Regional Acquirers, Finance, Risk, Legal and Technology.
• Build and maintain highest quality relationships across all key clients, industry participants and regulatory bodies. Establishes thought leadership in domains on payments, operations, innovation and technology. 
• Own the holistic post-sale and operational relationship of the client portfolio, acting as a key ambassador of all Client Services teams by providing the central voice of Client Services to Clients and Sales Account Owners.
• Act, on an ad-hoc and as needed basis, as the central escalation point for managing client escalations concerning major incident/crisis responses.
• Provides thought leadership expertise on the latest global payment processing trends, Visa solutions, and technologies to provide a world class Client experience.
• Manage all Client Services staff in the SMT cluster, some of whom dual report to other Client Services functions, requiring partnership and coordination with other Client Services Leads.
• Be available for international travel 40% of the time due to the regional footprint of clients, direct reports and team members.

• Stakeholder Management
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with partner universities, recruitment agencies, and potential partners through consistent communication.
  • Lead the annual placement projections and negotiation exercise with partner universities.
  • Promote SMU's programmes to prospective students and overseas universities, both virtually and in person.
• Programme and Event Management
  • Plan and execute events such as SMU's Study Abroad Fair, Orientation, Farewell Party and other student outreach and programme publicity initiatives.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to outbound SMU students and inbound international students throughout the programme. This includes managing the team's role-based mailbox and responding to programme-related inquiries.
  • Conduct surveys to gather feedback, analyse results, and prepare reports on students' study abroad experiences, as well as their learning outcomes.
  • Contribute to the daily operations of the exchange programmes, including onboarding, outreach, logistics, and billing.
  • Work closely with other departments within SMU to ensure full compliance with academic policies and study abroad safety protocols.

• Diploma or degree holder, preferably with programme delivery and event planning/management experience.
• Strong knowledge of global education and experience in managing international student programmes and events.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in developing and running student programmes, focusing on recruitment and engagement.
• Excellent communication skills, confident in cross-cultural settings; Mandarin fluency is a plus.
