RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and maintain SMU's IP portfolio, including evaluating inventions for prior art, commercial viability and managing patent applications and renewals.

Objectives:

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team! The Corporate Secretarial Senior/Supervisor will be handling a portfolio of locally incorporated companies and ensures that all company matters of clients are handled.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Providing corporate secretarial services to a range of clients;
• Strong problem solving skills
• Handle full set of corporate secretarial matters, such as, preparation of resolutions/minutes for clients' company, online submission with ACRA, updating statutory registers and minute book etc.
