· Overseeing the financial operations of the nightclub to ensure compliance with industry standards

· Determining the number of employees needed to run the business efficiently and effectively

· Coordinating the entertainment schedule with the DJ and other staff members, such as security guards or event coordinators

· Overseeing the hiring process for new employees to ensure that they meet all requirements

Job Responsibilities

1. Maintain consistent competency in area of expertise

2. Demonstrate professional & legal accountability for all aspect of work within the domain

3. Ensure completion of patient documentation, records and accurate statistical to reflect care provided and meet standards

4. Provide clinical assessment, analysis and provision of clinical diagnosis autonomously for individual patients to determine their need for occupational therapy intervention within specialist area

5. Use evidence-based practice to plan, implement, evaluate, treat and progress patient care autonomously to maximize health status

6. Able to manage complex and challenging cases in area of specialty

7. Maintain and manage department caseload/workload effectively and efficiently

8. Communicate and make recommendations to all relevant disciplines of staff to maximize patient care

9. Demonstrate knowledge and proficiency of occupational therapy services modalities

10. Orientate, supervise & advise staff when appropriate when required or requested on patient care

11. Work with Therapy Assistants on administrative responsibilities.

Position Duties

The successful candidate will report to the Portfolio Team Manager and the Corporate Secretary Managers. You will be involved in the full-spectrum of corporate secretarial work. This includes:

• Incorporating new companies (private limited, sole proprietorship etc.)
• Transferring corporate secretary appointments for existing companies
• Preparation and drafting of statutory documents (e.g. AGM, EGM, Board Resolution, etc.)
• Other corporate or ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned by the Manager(s)
• Maintaining minutes books and updating records in registers
• Monitoring statutory deadlines

Performance Standards

• Diploma/Degree Holder in the fields of Business Studies/ Law/Administration/Management or equivalent
• Member of SAICSA and/or ACCA/ISCA would be a plus
• Customer centric, a passion for customer excellence
• Willing to be hands-on as and when required
• Willing to work as named secretary for our clients
• Strong knowledge of Companies Act
• Willing to train juniors
• Minimum 4-6 years of work related experience gained in reputable corporate services firms and/or in-house corporate secretarial teams
