The Infopro Digital Business Development Manager position is a team-oriented, quota carrying role that will focus on revenue generation for the Global Financial Market brands, specifically selling our Risk.Net, FX Markets and Waters Technology products to clients globally. For Administration, the selected candidate will help in setting up of offices in different regions, oversee daily operations, maintain office and employee records, ensure compliance with local regulations, and IT/facilities/infrastructure. In the initial phase, he/she will be actively engaged in coordinating Product Launch Events in different countries.

The selected candidate will act as a trusted advisor and partner to the top management on HR and administrative matters, providing insights and recommendations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA will be preferred.
• 5~10 years of experience in HR and administrative roles, preferably in start-ups in F&B/FMCG sector.
• Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices in different countries.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible. Self-motivated and proactive. High level of integrity and confidentiality.
• Creative problem solver with a growth mindset.
