• Experience managing Talent Acquisition teams OR project management in the TA space
• Process implementation design experience with business process re-engineering or design skills
• Experience of co-implementing with different technologies such as: ATS, HRIS, Onboarding systems Significant experience leading Change Management workstreams:
• identifying and mitigating risks
• Experience utilizing Microsoft Office Suite tools, including Visio, Excel, and MS Project to effectively create and manage project deliverables
• Experience displaying both verbal and written communications skill with the ability to develop effective written materials, facilitate group discussions and present to diverse customer audiences, including executive leadership and client base
• Ability to travel when required
• Diploma with a minimum of 15 years related experience
• Proven self-starter with the ability to work on a variety of projects with minimal supervision
