• Bachelor’s degree in Banking and Finance / Business Administration / Economics or related discipline from a recognized university.
• Minimum 15 years of relevant credit evaluation & approval experience - well versed in credit analysis and financial modelling.
• Extensive experience in the mid-corporate/commercial banking credit space, with a strong emphasis on term lending, working capital financing and derivative products.
• Knowledge of credit underwriting best practices and compliance/regulatory issues, and
• Some experience of leading a team will be an added advantage.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Lead large-scale, complex projects with strategic importance, ensuring that they align with the organization’s goals and objectives.
• Oversee and manage project execution, from planning through to delivery, including scope management, budgeting, risk management, and quality assurance.
• Act as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders, ensuring that their needs are understood and met.
• Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring collaboration between business analysts, solution architects, IT infrastructure engineers, and other team members.
• Manage audits and compliance processes, ensuring that all project activities meet security, governance, and resilience requirements.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure continued project success and support for future initiatives.

Experience and Skills Needed:

• More than 7 years of Project Management experience, with significant experience leading large-scale, complex software development projects.
• In-depth experience with Agile methodologies and leading Agile project teams.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to influence, inspire, and manage teams to achieve project objectives.
• Proven experience in managing project audits, compliance, and quality management systems.
• Advanced communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage stakeholder relationships and present to senior executives.
• Project Management certifications (CITPM, COMIT, PMI) are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

In-charge of overall store day-to-day operations and ensure smooth operations

Develop and implement sales strategies aimed at consistently driving sales volume and achieving store sales targets.

Lead and supervise the retail team members to ensure they achieve desired outcomes and effectively address any employee concerns.

Responsibly handle and address customer inquiries regarding product, pricing, availability, delivery or any other related matters.

Assist in store promotional events and campaigns with the corporate team.

Roster planning.

Requirements

Diploma in any discipline

At least 3 - 5 years of relevant working experience in fashion retail industry preferrably with supervisory experience

Good communication and presentation skills
