Key Responsibilities:As a Modernisation Sales Manager, you will:

• Drive sales growth for the modernization of elevators and escalators by identifying and developing new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, and architects, and develop tender strategies in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Assess customer needs, provide appropriate product and service recommendations, and conduct preliminary design work with architects and contractors.
• Develop budgets and schedules for modernization projects, analyze market trends and competitor activities, and work with internal stakeholders to maximize sales and profitability.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with customers, manage customer feedback and issues, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Achieve and exceed the company’s sales budgets and objectives, track and report on sales performance, and implement sales strategies to achieve business goals.
• Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, oversee their performance and development, and collaborate with senior management on strategic initiatives and long-term planning.

• Hold a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Have proven experience in sales, specifically within the lift (elevator and escalator) industry, and demonstrate strong knowledge of the industry.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in setting up, maintaining and enhancing the Resorts' IT systems. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the operational stability and high service availability of our systems, for both guests and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Setting up and ensuring that the Resort's IT systems, including our Hotel Management System, is updated based on the current release as guided by our corporate office.

• Provide regular management reports and document all system activities (e.g. Maintenance Logs, Data Change Logs)
• Ensure the accuracy and computer audit trail of daily and monthly financial reports.

Requirements

• Possess a degree, diploma or equivalent professional qualification in Information Technology or a related field
• At least 5 to 7 years of relevant IT experience, including 2 years in a people manager role
• Proven track record in a similar hotel, and /or prior experience as part of a pre-opening team for a Resort will be an advantage
