As the Senior Business Operations Specialist, you will work closely with our client’s senior leadership in APAC to ensure the organization's efficient operation and the achievement of strategic goals.  This role is pivotal in ensuring that the organization has the strategic communication, decision-making tools, and processes in place for clarity of direction and success.

Role:

• You’ll be responsible for translating and drafting company strategy into clear, engaging internal communications.
• Empowering and supporting senior leaders by crafting impactful presentations and reports for business updates.
• Spearhead key meetings (QBRs, team retreats) and curate strategic forum agendas to ensure clear communication and follow-through.
• Develop frameworks for clear decision-making and efficient information flow.
• Optimize the regional marketing team's operations and planning processes. Contribute to strategic resource allocation.

• Manage a prioritized calendar of initiatives aligned with overall strategy.

You:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in strategy, operations, or a similar role, preferably 2+ years of experience in technological industry or deep understanding of the technological landscape
• Superb written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging to varying audiences.
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Long-term strategic thinking balanced with near-term execution skills; ability to take complex data and distill them into meaningful insights and a coherent story

Assistant Revenue Manager

Summary of Responsibilities:

The main responsibilities and tasks of this position are as listed below, but not limited to these:

REVENUE MANAGEMENT STRAGEGY SUPPORT

• Support the Hotel Management and Director of Revenue Management to define the hotel strategy (in terms of business mix and pricing by season and type of day) for the future periods

REVENUE MANAGEMENT PERFOMANCE

• Analyze in detail the hotels results and performance (average rates, occupancy rates, RevPAR..). Survey the market and competitors in terms of performance (RevPAR Index, market penetration…), pricing and availability as a basis for future tactical decisions with the Hotel GM.

REVENUE FORCASTING

• Ensure an accurate and dynamic forecast for the future dates(by room and revenue by segment and day) based on the RM referenced systems recommendations and a daily monitoring of the data (portfolio, booking pick-up,events, calendar events)

PRICING, PLANNING & DISTRIBUTION OPTIMISATION

• Take daily decisions to optimise the hotel turnover. Decisions in terms of pricing, inventory management (RMLs open/close), group quotation, distribution channels... Ensure that these recommendations are implemented in reservation and reception, and that systems (PMS, CRS/TARS, RMS) are updated accordingly. 

REVPRO CULTURE

• Ensure that a “RevPRO culture” is spread in the hotel, through the animation of weekly yield meetings and regular coaching and training sessions for the hotel teams 

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Pricing and distribution loading across all systems and tools
• Cover responsibilities for the Director of Revenue Management when out of the office

• Strong in database SQL, BI reporting and Excel reporting

Responsibilities:

• Address Business as Usual (BAU) issues and resolve them within agreed SLAs.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business roles and access provisioning processes.
• Review application access and department role matrices; facilitate application onboarding into the Identity Management Solution.
• Manage application access reconciliation and maintain a centralized access repository.
• Define business roles and maintain Segregation of Duty (SOD) rules within the IAM System.
• Perform reconciliation tasks within the Identity Management system.
• Execute queries via Business Intelligence tools for daily monitoring reports.
• Provide administrative support to the IDM team.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM).

As Product Manager for Alternative Investments, you will provide global support on identifying, onboarding, and monitoring investment products that include Hedge Funds, Private Equity, Private Credit, and Real Assets for the wealth management entity.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy

· Develop pipeline predominantly for the private banking segment, provide preliminary due diligence, work with internal/external stakeholders on product on-boarding and approvals.
