Job Description

• Meeting Sales Goals & Target, Negotiation, Selling to Customer Needs
• Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects for HORECA business.
• Achieve sales target, product mix and meet KPI
• Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
• Develop and maintain strategic business relationship with major accounts to promote brand awareness and profitable business relationships
• Developing and executing channel sales strategies to increase the rate of sale of brands and SKUs especially for hotel and restaurant
• Spearhead sales expansion, introduce new products or services to clients and organize visits to current and potential clients
• Submit sales plans and prepare counter plan to reach nominated targets
• Ensuring timely collection of account receivable

Job Requirements

• Bachelor degree/ diploma or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience
• A strong wine knowledge (WSET 3 or CSW is preferred)
• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a good command of English
• Strong negotiation skills

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams across Singapore and the US, ensuring efficient communication and seamless resource management across time zones.
• Partner with compliance teams to ensure projects align with US regulatory standards, including SEC and FINRA requirements.
• Proactively identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Adjust project plans dynamically to address challenges and ensure successful project outcomes.
• Lead teams in adopting and applying Scrum and Agile methodologies to enhance productivity and collaboration.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, ensuring adherence to Agile principles and practices.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular status updates to senior management.
• Deliver transparent project progress reports, highlighting milestones, risks, and outcomes.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Information Technology, FinTech, or a related discipline.
• In-depth understanding of US financial market operations, including familiarity with SEC, FINRA, and DTC regulations.
• Hands-on experience with project management tools such as JIRA, MS Project, and Confluence.
• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, with a strong focus on fintech, trading systems, or brokerage industries.
• Demonstrated expertise in applying Scrum/Agile methodologies; relevant certifications (e.g., CSM, PSM) are highly advantageous.
• Exceptional leadership and cross-cultural communication abilities, with a proven track record of managing teams in a global, distributed environment.
